1st saber took bout month 2nd order strangely only took week n had my other 1st ordered empress 4 days later so was happy with manufacturering time love my customized dark dorinian warglaive sickest n most functional saber ive seen or handled it has emerald driver sound so its just bleeding dopeness and the Empress i like the high quality etchings and how both r usable weapons though mastery of each is its own task they R very beautiful obsidion enjoyable apmed up lil more on empress cuz of pommel style as claimed ultrasabers R definitely thee saber company 2 beat on our planet

I absolutely love the lightsabers; the price is decent and they're very realistic. The only issue I have is that the colored disk that are for the white or silver blades are dull in color. They're not as vibrant as a one colored saber. Other than that, they're just awesome! As soon as I can, I'll be ordering more. It's official I'm hooked.

Shipping had to be changed to overnight cause they were behind on producing. One saber has screws continually come loose... lost pieces off one saber too... not happy with quality of materials on that one.. others, to include 4 mystery sabers are amazing.... I plan to order again

So excited for my first ultrasaber been waiting on this moment for years now. Just have to receive it to truly be in awe of the craftsmanship and expertise that goes into a one of a kind elegant weapon for a more civilized age.

You got one (#*******) of my orders wrong. The "Dark Sentinel v5" was supposed to come with the 32" blade and NOT 36". The blade was supposed to be heavy grade. Whatever I got is not heavy grade. I tried to remove the blade with your hex key. It stripped the screw. I email Brent but he never replied. I will take the hilt to Ace Hardware to get this fixed. I'm afraid to send this back to you because I will never get it back. I tried to call you folks many times but no one ever picked up the phone. I have spent a lot of money but you provide no service.

ORDER #******* is just a 24" heavy grade blade. When am I going to get this? Don't tell me that it will take 4 weeks.

Everything was perfectly explained and shown. The method of customization was simple, thorough, and smooth. A lot of different and unique products to pick from, each able to be customized. The explanatory guides were excellent. Had a brilliant time shopping and customizing my saber!

Customer service is great and sabers are awesome. Never had a bad experience with any of their light sabers.

You will not be disappointed with the feel of am ultra saber! Also super durable. Feel like a Jedi!

They Never Shipped My Order, they never replied to any of my messages or emails. I had to file a paypal dispute and they still did not respond and I eventually got my money back from Paypal on the last date of the dispute.

This is a shady company that is trying to scrape money from us and hold on to it as long as possible.

Very easy to shop around very different types of choices and the designs are so amazing I knew right away I wanted one.

Amazing! This is by far the most beautiful saber in my collection! The quality of the hilt and blade makes them great for show or play! Highly recommended!

Amazing product. Great customer service. Fast delivery. The only negative thing I will say is that the Heavy Grade Ultra Edge Blades do wash out the colors more than I thought they would. Still a great product though and Ultra Sabers has earned my return business.

I've ordered a grab bag saber expecting it to be a mystery box saber instead haha, little disappointed in myself for messing something simple up but had to laugh and still really enjoyed the product as now I am buying a mystery box. Thank you for all the hardwork you all put into your craft.

This was an awesome and super easy experience. I wasnt sure whether or not I wanted to do a star wars cosplay without a proper lightsaber. So I decided to get a mystery box saber and I instantly fell in love.

I love it so much in fact that I've got a prophecy v3 on the way. Except this ones got an obsidian v3 soundboard. And a FREE INITIATE SABER! Thanks ultrasabers.

Very quick delivery! Great saber for the affordable price. Very sturdy but the sounds are a bit delayed and it doesn't detect it perfectly but it's an affordable saber, nothing from Vader's vault. Very happy with the product!

Payment was promptly taken but product took over two months to receive. Took forever just to get company to respond to inquiries. I realize it's amidst a pandemic but then stop selling and over promising. Would not do business with again.
