This website processed my credit card payment and then determined that the sizes I had ordered were not even available. I am trying to get a full refund, but all they are offering is "different sizes"... wtf?
Not sure the UGG boots are even real UGGs. Appeared to be real leather very poorly made the tags didnt appear to be real the seams were uneven and leather was bunched in places didnt even come in a a UGG shoe box. I tried to email them about my order I got not response. I talked to them on a live chat from the web site and they didnt want to replace the boots or refund the money. They offered a 10% discount and that was it. It would cost more then the boots were worth to ship them back.
