Well ordered 2 pairs of boots on 6th dec 2010, waited 2 weeks as my account still said it was processing items, left emails, no reply until I threatened legal action. I had email back after xmas with a tracking number D H L, contacted dhl and was told that item was delivered on 22nd nov 2010 to someone in tiawan, did not place order till 6th dec? Then got in contact with boot company and low & behold they gave me another tracking number with a differant company that do not exist... Have got in contact with ugg so many times have now asked for money back, all they say is now they will give a little money back, I paid £145, they want to take the shipping money out and the price of making the boots, I stated to them that shipping is free, have had no joy, have now gone to my bank and they are putting it through as fraud, be careful ordering from this site... wwwuggaustralia-4uk.com
