The first ring I received was the wrong size but had the correct type of ring and engraving. Because it was engraved I couldn't return it (their policy) so I had to order another. Here's where it goes haywire. My second order the engraving was not only wrong but the entire ring itself was incorrect. They sent me an entirely different ring. Next, they sent me a replacement the engraving was still incorrect and the ring was the wrong size. I reached out again and now it's radio silence. This has been going on since September. I've now asked for refund and no response.

The first time I dealt with Tungsten Fashions pre 2016 was honestly an exemplary experience, the item purchased (LOTR - The One Ring replica) was good quality and it was received quickly, however, the Gold on the ring (that supposedly never fades) faded, I contacted Tungsten Fashions, they immediately exclaimed their surprise as they shouldn't fade and offered to swap the ring which I declined because it was an engagement ring and I didnt want to be without it, the ring wasn't expensive so I chalked it up to a one off experience and I ordered another, which also promptly arrived. Less than 2 years later I changed size significantly and ordered the same ring but in the smaller size, it took a little longer to arrive this time (a number of weeks longer) - I put this down to postal delays etc. But again the ring arrived. It looked great, nice luscious gold colour, free flowing elvish script that flowed continuously around both sides of the band... I was a happy camper. Then 2 years later again the gold started to fade (hmmm not a one off it seems) I contacted Tungsten Fashions and again they expressed their surprise and offered to replate the ring, again being an engagement ring I did not want to be without so I decided to buy another ring and when this arrived, I would send the faulty ring back to be replated... This is now beginning October 2023. I didn't receive the ring until mid November and when I got the ring it was not as the pictures, it was not as per the previous rings, the elvish text now had 2 gaps on either side of the band inside and outside of 5mm and looked cheap and tacky. I contacted Tungsten the same day I received this and they said the ring is sourced from the same factory as always the design should not have changed... I sent photos, videos etc of the ring clearly showing the faulty design and from that point the communication from Tungsten was getting steadily worse, it was already becoming not great, but to the point that emails were being ignored often for weeks at a time or until chased multiple times or requests of wanting refund etc, upon which I am now told "oh we source from multiple factories, the design may be slightly different... We can swap the ring etc". I sent the ring back (cost almost half of the cost of the ring to send back), I can see this was signed for and it wasn't until a few weeks later this was acknowledged... "Oh yes we have sent your replacement ring" was advised... 6 weeks later I am still chasing and getting different stories from different people. No tracking number was ever provided for the replacement ring so I can only assume that this was not truly sent. I ask for my refund as after 5 months and still not having my ring I have had enough, and even more so with the horrendous customer support and constant changing narrative. 10 days after I am told my refund will come... I end up having to claim via PayPal.

Long story short, if you want a ring from these guys, buy a plain one or one that isn't laser etched, avoid anything that isn't natural tungsten colour or near to it. If you do, prepare for the possibility of some of the worst customer experiences you will ever have! I for one have no desire to spent one more minute of my life on this company!

(oh and I have kept all the photos and email chains with this company if they ever try to rescind this fact!)

I have ordered multiple rings for myself and for gifts from them and love them. I have even sent rings back because the size was not correct and have not had any issues receiving the replacement rings. However, the last ring i ordered arrived in pieces. I immediately contacted them and sent pictures. They agreed to send me a new ring. Never sent any tracking to prove the ring was sent. They never responded to my multiple requests until 6 weeks later when i threatened to call my credit card company. They told me my replacement ring had been sent 2 weeks ago (so 4 weeks after i contacted them) but still no tracking number. Six weeks after that after multiple emails, no ring and no tracking number. I threatened to contact my credit card company again and they sent me a tracking link to a second ring they were mailing me. The link never worked, the second ring never arrived, and they said they would charge me with any charges and fees associated with cancelling the charge on my credit card. I love the product but at this point i will never order from them again as you have no idea if the product will show up or not and you will not be able to get your money back.

I normally don't write reviews, but this merchant threatened me and falsely accused me of theft. The company sent one of the three rings that I ordered and are essentially unreachable. I contacted them three times, twice about this specific issue and received no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card and only then did Tungsten Fashion contact me and accuse me of stealing the rings and threatening to report me to the police. The images of the emails that I sent to them and their response are attached below.

This company did all they could to keep the funds without providing the product. They claimed backordered, promised shipment then changed my address on the account to a non-existent location. Claimed it was then refunded when it was not etc... almost 3 month ordeal with over a dozen contacts and emails all filled with numerous obviously false statements.

Tip for consumers:
There is a difference between shipping issues and unethical business practices. They took the funds from account, then later admitted they did not have the ring in stock. They then changed my address to claim it was mis-shipped then changed it back. Refused to cancel order, then claimed it was cancelled and the funds were already in account. Over 2 weeks later and no funds returned.

Hi Kim - You were refunded on your purchase. You ordered a size 19 ring that we did not have in stock. We told you it would be 3-4 weeks to ship. On your order, you entered a town called "Unicorporated, Kansas" When the ring did arrive to our office, we did ship it to the address on the order form that you entered, it of course came back to us, since that town does not exist. We asked for the correct town, we never got an answer from you. You after about a week going back and fourth of you telling us that we changed the town, we simply refunded your purchase in full.

I have used this company in the past with no problems. But my latest experience is terrible. My husband's ring broke so I sent in his broken ring and $14.99 for shipping and handling (11/1/22). A few weeks later, after talking to Damien about the order, I also re-ordered a new ring for myself (12/21/22). He promised to engrave for free due to the delays in shipping. Many emails and phone calls and promises, still no ring. This week it will be 5 months.

The ring was actually nice but too bad the customer service is non-existance, I ordered a ring but it unfortunately didn't fit due to the comfort fit(dome shape) and I had to go back to England before I could exchange it in the US by post. Sent an email about paying more for exchanging it because I was overseas but never got the reply back. Its a shame because the ring was actually lovely but the customer service is just disappointing..

Shipping to Australia took over 6 months, the first package never arrived and after multiple emails with no response I had to escalate to paypal before they sent me the ring.
The ring itself seems like good quality but is much larger than expected based on the sizing chart on their website (3 sizes too big).

They said it was shipped for delivery in August and now we are in October. They sent me an email confirmation saying 'I hope you enjoyed your ring'
How can I enjoy it when it never arrived to my damn doorstep? I've emailed more than 8 times asking for an update and no response.
I want a REFUND!
I've asked numerous times but no one has replied and it's just slack and poor customer service!
Don't believe these guys, trust the reviews from others that had a poor time with these guys!

I came back here by curiosity after getting a random email from them a few days ago. I found my review deleted... SO. Redo.

This company has poor customer service and it took months to get the ring going through them. Also when I posted a review after three months of no answers, they bashed me on this public review board and threatened me with legal action for a review. I purchased an entirely new ring to get them to shut up. It took three more months to get a resize only for it to end up being THE EXACT SAME SIZE as before. You guys are unprofessional and crude.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a ring, had to exchange for a smaller size. The company has lied to me 4 times to say that it shipped and I should receive it in a few days. I am exhausted trying get someone in their customer service to help. I guess I have just been ripped off!

I ordered a Style 6000 Gold Classic Tungsten Carbide Ring 8mm on 22 Feb, they never sent the ring. I called 2x and was promised each time it would be delivered in 2 days. Order #Z*******, was never shipped. Paid for by Credit Card, now in dispute. Totally stole my money.

Would give them 0 stars if I could terrible customer service, still owed either a ring or my money back since Dec/21. Ordered from this company numerous times in the past, what happened Tungsten Fashions? Never again!
As far as adding a photo, would if I could but I don't have the ring

In the past, this company was amazing so I'm not sure what has happened. Ordered 2 mens rings, received both in December /21 had to return both for larger sizes. Received 1 back but not the 2nd. ring.. Since then, my husband has been caught in a neverending circle of bad customer service and they still have our money but we have not received the 2nd. ring. Will not be ordering from Tungsten Fashions again. Too bad as they do have beautiful rings but not worth the hassle.

I had to return a ring that I purchased because it wasn't the right size. They received it on June 30,2023 and it is now July 30,2023. I have emailed, left voicemails and a couple responses on my return. I have not received a response nor a refund. Beware if you purchase a ring through them and have to return it.

On July 10,2023 we purchased a size 17.5 mens ring for $80 that includes engraving on the inside. It took over two weeks to arrive. Once we tried it on of course it did not fit. I called Tungsten Fashions and told them that the ring did not fit. The man stated that since the ring was engraved that they could not accept a return but encouraged us to purchase another one for $40 half the price of the first one and that they would express ship it. They sent a tracking number and we watched it for 10 days, the furthest it made it was to NY. So I called back and was told that they was not sure why it was like that but they would send us a third one expedited and should ONLY take a few days … Well it has been another week and still NOTHING! I keep calling and get told it has shipped etc... I give up on them. I believe that they are scamming people and for the money of $120 I would not but from them. Our wedding is in a few weeks and we have failed to get our ring. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT PURCHASE! THEY WILL GIVE YOU A CONSTANT RUN A ROUND. LIES LIES LIES.

I'm going to leave the original review up at the end of this update. So they called me and explained what had happened and assured me that the ring was going to be here Thursday the 6th of October and offered to refund me the shipping cost. I told them that if they did that and I got the ring on Thursday that I would update the review and give a more fair rating. Well I got the tracking info all excited about getting my ring when I get an email asking why I haven't changed the reviews I have left. I told them that I have not received any receipt showing my a refund. I then get an email stating that 9h trust me I did issues the refund. Now all of a sudden the shipping if has been delayed. I new I should have done more research before I bought from them. Now I feel I'm out my money.
Website said if ordered by 3pm eastern standard time same day shipping. I had my order completed at 2:13pm eastern standard time and I paid almost 30.00 more for overnight shipping. All day went by and now it's 9-10 pm before I find out it going to take longer to get to me. No offer from them to reimburse the overnight shipping nothing.
