One of the biggest problem, I was facing was spam calls and messages.
But Truecaller helped me sort out this problem and really made my life safe and secure by all safety features that included in the truecaller app. It also provides complete spam report about the spam and fraudulent callers and phone numbers. And it also had a feature to tag a caller. Really love this truecaller app that's an important part of my smartphone now.
Ever received a call from a number you didn't recognize? Well, truecaller puts an end to that. It lets you know the identity of the caller as soon as the call comes through to your phone. So you can decide whether or not to answer it. It also puts an end to the "Anonymous Caller" nuisance.
True gem
House line is FLOODED with spam calls -- but their product is apparently ONLY for cellphones & I can ONLY report a small (arbitrary) fraction per day on their website! And I've just gotten the runaround from them for the past month or so -- their so-called customer support keep blathering at me about how they don't KNOW what the "daily" report limit is -- and then close the "current" ticket on me! And don't seem to bother to read what the previous messages I've sent them! INCLUDING that I'm getting these calls on my HOUSE LINE -- NOT on my cellphone!
Tip for consumers:
If they have a "limit" or reports which can be made (per day/week/whatever) it would be nice if _SOMEWHERE_ on their website that actual limit is *LISTED*.... Because all they seem to want to do is sell me a product which apparently WILL NOT WORK (by their OWN admission) on the house line -- which gets 99% of the spam; at least on my cellphone, I can block the spammers from calling back... and WITHOUT spending money on THEIR product, I might add!

NONE because their "product" doesn't apparently WORK on VOIP phones (which is what my house line is. And their daily "limit" for reporting spam calls on their website is completely bogus and can't even TELL me what that limit is, other than to wave their hands around and mumble about how *I* will know when I can't make another one!
