I ordered these Bras 02/21/22, I contacted The Lacy Bra in March and was promised the Bra is on the way. Today is 05/09/22, I still have not received my Bra. Worse of all, there is no one to talk to. If nothing good comes out of this, may be the last time I purchase online; this is such a horrific experience. I do not understand why anyone will start a business and threat his/her business this way. I need my refund ASAP

My name is Paula, and I am a Customer Support Supervisor. I see that you had a rather unpleasant experience with our company. We sincerely apologize for the trouble we have caused you!

It seems that the whole problem was due to the fact that we did not process your order in time. And what is worse, as far as I can see, no one has contacted you to inform you of what is going on.

Our inefficiency and lack of proper communication must have resulted in a very frustrating situation for you. We definitely handled everything quite poorly, and we are truly sorry for that!

We usually do our best to process all orders within 24 hours. And once we get the wheels in motion and start processing, we can't cancel an order.

However, some orders actually take longer to process. That's usually when demand suddenly spikes or inventory runs low.

In addition, two things have happened with the outbreak of the pandemic: People moved to online shopping, and companies had to adopt new security measures. For our company, this meant that we saw a sudden increase in demand, while manufacturing and fulfillment processes slowed down.

Be that as it may, I can understand that our failure to communicate with you and explain the processes to you gave a wrong impression. We would like to sincerely apologize for that once again!

Do feel it improves posture, pulls shoulders back, but no adjustment on shoulder straps and my girls are bulging out of cups so I have 4 boobs instead of 2 :( I am going to sew the shoulder straps shorter hoping it will trap the girls where they belong but for $$$ shouldn't have to do that. 36D

I ordered on March 11,2022. It is now May 6,2022 and sellers still say they are out of stock, of ALL the bras I ordered and they will not give me any expectations as to when I might receive them. I believe this company is a scam. Please check your orders and if you haven't received your items please contact your credit cards to dispute the charges,

Most of the materials are soft, but there are two sharp points at the front closure, and the side seams are uncomfortable. The straps are not adjustable. This bra feels cheaply made, but is expensive. It does not provide good support. I will shop elsewhere in the future.

Bra doesn't fit, I might as well not wear one for as well as it holds you in, can't return or get money back, tried to dispute charges with PayPal, they won't give me my money back. They are a HUGE SCAM! PAULA THE BOT EMAIL, does NOT reply when you email regarding problems. Find out who has this business and shut them down.

This bra is so comfortable It is soft but holds your shape. It hooks in the front so at 74 I can do it-6unlike back hooking bras! My bra also came with a surprise gift that I love!(A colorful little 1" square origami bird popped out of the bag when I opened it! And I put it in my Lego botanical garden-perfect!)

I ordered the wrong size so I sent an email to *******@thelacebra.com on the same day I received my bra, requesting a refund or exchange. They never answered me. They only give you 14 days to request a return. So I sent another email, no reply. I have now sent an email to *******@thelacebra.com. I have yet to hear back. The new email is blocking me. Phone number will not accept calls. If I could give them -5 rating I would. DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

After calling and checking on the order i fanally contacted them for refund. The sent an email asking me for my banking info in order to send it. SCAM!

I replied that they had enough info to send it via zelle or paypal. I think I will be writing off that $50. I think the whole thing is a giant scam and based on the reviews of people who actually got the product they send out just enough crap to appear legit. Too bad since the idea and design of the product is what I've been looking for. Maybe a legi company will make the improvements needed and really sell it.

We understand that as of posting here, you have yet to receive your order after a very long time - and when you tried reaching out to us for a refund, you were not satisfied with the assistance that you received. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you, and we apologize for the inconvenience!

We must admit that we have had issues with shipping in the past year. We have found better transportation solutions, and we have been seeing some improvements in this department.

Usually, when a customer immediately reaches out to us regarding an order they have not yet received, we could find a fitting solution for their order, such as a regular reship or refund.

However, there is only a certain period of time where we can offer our regular options, and we usually expect our customers to have already contacted us within that timeframe if they haven't received their order yet.

In your case, since by the time you contacted us, it has been 11 months since you placed your order and the initial payment has been processed, we would no longer be able to refund your money using the original payment method. As much as we would have loved to make things easier for you, all financial institutions have this limitation - they don't allow a refund to be processed once a certain amount of time has passed since the initial payment.

Therefore, as you have mentioned in your review, you were asked for your bank details. This is because the only way we can send you back your money is through a bank account transfer.

My daughter ordered two bras from The Lacy Bra, they were uncomfortable and didn't fit. The seams were scratchy and the Center between breasts stuck out; uni-boob style. She pulled the tags off of one bra at first, but then after half an hour determined that she couldn't stand the way the bra felt. We rushed to return them as the company's return time is short and it way down in the US, we are in Canada. We filled out the paperwork, called to ask if we should send the one with tags off back and we were assured we could get our money back. Shipping was over $20. They refunded one bra, but not the other one. I have spent over three hours on hold two times trying to get a refund for the second bra, it was still in brand new condition. I would not recommend this company, I cannot leave a review on their web site, have to leave it here…

We pay return shipping, don’t take the labels off, shipping has to be done very quickly due to their time line. Shop somewhere else

I used none of the products. I had to return the products at my cost, the bra’s didn’t fit and were scratchy and uncomfortable. I only received a partial refund. Products were in brand new condition when returned.

I did the measurements, followed their sizing guidelines, and was still overflowing the "DD" cups. These were NOT DD's. Also, the band size was not true to the sizing quidelines - it was way too tight, even after i was sent a larger size. I was totally not satisfied. Also, they were slow to respond to my request to return.
I understand that one of the bras I returned was without tags - a refund was refused. If I had known that they would refuse a refund, I would have not spent the money to return the bras.

Tip for consumers:
Try it on, contact them as soon as there is a problem and then wait for them to respond. Very slow.

Not only did the bra fit horribly, but the material was tight and extremely uncomfortable.
That's why I returned it… Which has taken an unsuccessful act of congress! You have to call them to make a return… they kept trying to beg for me to keep it and "let me" keep a portion of the money. I declined 20 times because the bra is horrible. Finally…. They emailed me return label for me to pay the postage. So, I returned it and over a month later I have yet to get my money refunded….
They are scammers who steal your money and keep your return for a horrible product! Buy from literally ANYONE but them!

I ordered 1 bra in a size larger than I wear. I was charged for 2! When I brought this to the company's attention they sent a 2nd bra (both don't fit-too small and odd shaped)
They offered 1/2 of my money back and for me to keep the bras. I guess I'm STUCK WITH 2 BRAS NO ONE CAN WEAR

I paid close to 80 dollars for the Lacy bra and when I got the opportunity to wear it I couldn't keep my boobs in it. It Did not fit. And since it was past 14 days they would not even consider helping me in any way. I will mot suggest anyone buying the Lacy Bra product

Wish I'd read reviews before ordering this product.
I ordered one black, one pink/beige in February and the package arrived around the middle of June. One red, one navy blue.
The full details are a merciful blur - one delivery slip demanded extra postage which I didn't pay but handed back to the courier. In fairness, it might have been something else but I hadn't anything else on order.
I'm used to Triumph bras that give much better shaping. These Lacy Bras are pitiful by comparison. My boobs look like bolster pillows.
I haven't the heart to even try to return them for a refund (which I gather from other reviews are only partial anyway) so forget the refund offer, I'll take them to a charity shop and try to forget the whole deal.
I gave Lacy Bra one star because the protocol wouldn't let me leave a zero.
If you're reading this as a potential buyer, stop right here. Save your money. If you're in UK, stick to Marks & Spencer. They know good customer service - these people don't have a clue.

This bra did not fit at all and did not do its job. Bend over, fall out. I was not able to get help.

Tip for consumers:
I spent $70 for a bra that does not fit or do its job and was not granted a refund which is not what the advertisement stated.

This company, NUVE, has a 14 day return policy. They have a link where you must request the address of where to send product. I have sent daily requests and all have been ignored. This is a $70 purchase that I am now stuck with. Beware this company.

We understand that as of writing your review here, you have yet to receive a response from us to your requests for return. Clearly, this has caused your frustration towards our company. We are very sorry to hear that!

Due to the high volume of emails we have received over the holiday season, we must admit that we have had a hard time catching up on our backlogs. We have already simplified our Customer Support procedures and added more agents to our team so our customers won't have to wait as long for a response.

Regarding our 14-day policy, indeed, customers are eligible for exchanges and returns as long as they contact us within 14 days of receiving their product. We would like to clarify that we would only consider the date your order was delivered up to the date you first contacted us. Therefore, as long as you have contacted us within the indicated timeframe, you will still be eligible for returns. The date we first respond to you will not be taken into consideration.

We hope that you have already received the assistance that you need by now. However, if that's not the case, please reach out to me directly at paula@thelacybra.com, and I will walk you through the return process myself.

The lacy bra has a bra that I was very interested in trying. It has been almost a year (June 22nd 2021) and the order status still says available soon. It has said that every time I checked. I have tried to be patient because I really wanted to try the bra. I also understand supply line problems and more people ordering online. They were quick to take my money. Other places I have ordered online wait till it is ready to ship to charge my account. I f they had not taken the money out of my account I would continue to wait.
I requested a refund May 17th and was told I would recieve by 72 hours. Called again on May 27 because I had not recieved refund yet and was told the charge was too old. This upset me because I felt I was being punished for being patient and it would not be an issue if they waited untill it was ready to ship. Because card had a new number or was expired it would take a little longer but should be there by May 31st. Called on June 8th they said they could get start the process it would take 72 hours. When I told him that was what I had been told on May 17th and the card may have changed. He could not tell me and didn't want the current one to process the refund. He said he would call me back in 2 hours which he did to tell me he did not have the info yet. Apparently I missed the call. He did not leave a message or try to call back again. The status on my order has not change to reflect my request for refund. In this whole time was I contacted to give me updates or estimates. This is the first negative review I have ever left. I will not be ordering from this company again. I am hoping I will actually get my money back soon.

They should not charge till they are ready to ship.
Order status should be more meaningful.
Communication about problems.
More timely refund.

Tip for consumers:
Shipping has taken nearly a year, still not here.
They charge my card when they know item is not in warehouse.
After keeping money interst free my refund request has taken almost a month and I still don't have my money.

I had to stitch up the front so I wouldn't fall out. 36 c. Might work for some but if u have had kids forget it

Just to let you know, we always offer free exchanges. We would love to send you a better-fitting bra at no extra cost. As for the product that was delivered — don't worry about it. You wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of sending that one back to us.
