“Customer service/company never contacted me in regards to my order”

I had an order placed awhile back and for some reason I was charged twice. Then they reversed it. I asked what was going on many times and they would read the messages on social media, but never reply. I have an order number, but never received shipping information. I was completely ignored even asking in the comments on social media (I was so desperate for answers). It's the worst customer care ever.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful when placing orders here
