“Great price, fast delivery”

I have been researching on-line companies to buy my AC system from (Air Handler and Condenser plus line set) for several months. I spoke to local dealers as well. I looked through review sites, etc and called several companies. I spoke with Davis several times and walked through the system I wanted. The system was in stock so I spoke with my friend who is a HVAC guy and will be doing the install - the price was better than what he could get. I placed my order with The AC Outlet at 5:06 PM on a Monday afternoon and the equipment showed up at my house Thursday morning! I'm sure it's not always this quick of a turn, but good Lord that was fast. Removed all packaging and looked for damage - there is none visible and in fact doesn't look like any scratches - equipment is in perfect condition from my visual check. Obviously we have to install and connect, but so far very impressed and happy with my order.

Called back for the foourth time to get tracking information. They don't give it to you. They can't even tell you after 7 days if it has shipped at all. Worst company to deal with. They make promises to call you back but they don't. Lost my $230.00. Scam and bad company to deal with don't waste your money and time.

False statements and non-performance. I received a badly damaged gas furnace (amongst 3 items ordered), contacted co. And they requested photos of damage, then instructed me to repackage, send photos of the new packaging, and a shipping label would be e-mailed. 3 e mails, two calls and 7 days later and I am being ignored. The salesman suggested that I had damaged the unit. It clearly had fallen off a dock or forklift. Lost time, money and an angry tenant.
Postscript. I was ignored for 2 weeks, until I wrote an email to the BBB and posted a review. Then they contacted me and requested I remove the negative review in order to honor my claim. My sense is that without the BBB I would have absorbed thousands of dollars of losses.

Research the system that is right for you (tonnage, size, motor type, etc), then get the package system delivered to you.

AC outlet steals your money on returns.
Minisplit was ordered at AC outlet they failed disclose not a cord with order. Upon placing order I asked if an ac installer had everything they needed and he said yes except I discovered when opening box there was no cord. I called and they told me to take a picture of unit and fill out return there would be 10% restocking fee. The order cost $1028 and they are refunding $698 for opening their box. I drove to Daikan Outlet in Port St Lucie hand delivered with original boxes. My recommendation is don't do business with them they are unethical and crooks. I will be disputing with Mastercard this minisplit ac.

Everything except for getting your money is pretense with these folks. Beware of their shipping scam. Many times HVAC units are damaged in transit from manufacturer or in supplier warehouse handling. I received units that were both damaged and was told I had to take it up with shipper. There was absolutely no noticeable damage due to the shipper-notta. AcOutlet is trying to pass off their damaged goods on their shippers when they know damn good and well they have not inspected what is in the box that came from southeast Asia or China or anywhere else. My condensing unit weighs 172# and the box says you can stack 3 high - this is how they come from China. The fan coil unit weighs 30# and stacks 11 high. I guarantee there will be folks that get the bottom units - and they will be damaged. If you are considering a purchase with the Ac Outlet the only way you will be certain of not losing money due to damage is DO NOT LET THE DRIVER LEAVE UNTIL YOU UNPACK AND GO OVER EVERYTHING WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB! Anything less will get you a " can't help ya " from the Ac Outlet. If the shipper did not damage your unit they will have to fight that out with the Ac Outlet- but you should get reimbursed by the freight company ( hopefully). This is not the way business is supposed to function. No accountability and everybody wants the fast buck.

BUYER BEWARE. A Daikin unit was purchased from this Company and was DOA upon startup. It was not properly charged from the Factory (extreme minor amount of Freon). AcOutlet.com advised they have had this issue before and they are unwilling to replace the Defective unit with a new fully functioning one or refund the full purchase price. We have had multiple communication exchanges and ACOutlet.com state " all units are tested at the factory. Your equipment is not defective". If it were properly tested as stated at the Daikin factory l this issue would not exist What What Quality Control is in place at both the retailer and/or the factory?

Stay away from these crooks and liars. Nothing they say is ever the truth. Was not in stock even they said it was, it was actually discontinued. Sent the wrong product, I had to complain to PayPal more than once to get a refund.

I purchased a furnace from ACOutlet. Everything went fine with the purchase and the shipping. However, there were some issues with the construction of the home and county permits that delayed being able to install the furnace. We eventually found out that the 80% efficiency would not work because of unresolvable venting issues that could only be solved by exchanging for a 95% efficiency furnace. ACOutlet's return policy is 14 days or at their discretion. Since the furnace was still boxed (never opened) I was optimistic that they would allow me to ship it back and purchase another, more expensive furnace. This request was denied. No leeway. I was told that management made the decision. When I asked to speak directly to management I was told that they are never there except for occasional phone meetings so, no, I could not appeal the decision. I am stuck with a $900 furnace that I cannot use. I will not purchase the replacement from these guys.

Company very argumentative, unwillingness to resolve problems with customers. Was advised the product was shipped and received. The cameras do not lie... we have cameras and item was never received. Company stated we did not provide contact information. Another lie, It was included within the special instructions portion of the ordering. Buyer beware!

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with, 7 months later and still Living the nightmare of attempting to place an order with this company. Customer service skills... NONE. Professionalism... NONE. I have now hired a lawyer.

It has been two months no order but i have been billed not happy!
I have tried to email them no answer no shipping date no shipping estimate date
Tried email again nothing!

Tried to order minisplit for my customer. After two days no call back so cancelled and ordered other company. Bad communication and slow response. Ac and heat shud be shipped imediatly since it's time matter item. Bad experience. Better buy at ac wholesale place

I usually don't write any reviews but... all i am reading is negative reviews. Ordered 5 units in the past 2 years. NEVER had any problems, all items shipped in a timely manner and in perfect working order.
If you are not an HVAC professional, then you should not be installing any mini splits. Sometimes you have to add freon to the units if the line set run is further then 50 feet. ALL units still currently working just like new.
