I ordered an Ugly Christmas Sweater from this website in Mid-November. They promptly thanked me for my order, then... nothing. When I contacted Teehood.com to ask about the fulfillment of my order, they said that they experienced difficulties due to a high volume of orders, but that my sweater was on the way. Yay! Not. It is December 20th, and the USPS tracking shows that my order has been in a postal facility in China since December 9th. Looks like I'm not going to be wearing my Ugly Sweater THIS Christmas. P.S. The website will not take cancellations or returns.
