Techmall

NO customer support. No response to emails. Item has never been received. This is the WORST on line company I have EVER delt with. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a product from this website, which did not arrive. When I e-mailed them someone from "customer service" gave me a bogus tracking number. When I researched the tracking number it was something that had been ordered 3 days BEFORE my order and delivered to another town. It had nothing to do with my order. I wrote to all three "departments" - customer services, information, and sales with copies of my customer ordering information. No response. They were able to bill me instantly - but it is looking doubtful that I will ever get my products.

Techmall was bought by Smarthome.com a year or so ago, the marketing director laurie M. ( life partner of joe dada owner of smartlabs inc) came up with the idea to purchase techmall and use it to sell the most popular products being sold at smarthome at a slightly lower price with the intention of driving smaller online retailers out of business. She put Mike S. Of the marketing dept in charge of all things techmall along with some interns. They keep the overhead low by providing no support and shipping via smartpost. The address registered to techmall is non functional and is actually right across the street from smarthomes location.

Smarthome employees are instructed to deny any affiliation with techmall.

If you search a techmall item number in the smarthome search it will find the same item, they even use the same pictures
