I bought a white nativity silhouette for the yard. First, they advertised it as a big yard decoration. Everything came in a box just a little bit bigger than the standard size of notebook paper. I immediately went to their website to ask for a refund and to return the product and they say that the only way they "approve" (yes, you are reading it correctly - they have to approve it) is if it is faulty due to them sending the wrong product)order or it came damaged. You first have to pay the shipping for them to see it, which, by the way, is somewhere on the other side of the world. (Wonder how much that is going to cost?) Then, they determine if they will refund it to you or not. By the way, it gets better, keep reading if they do "approve" a refund on how fun it will be the WAIT time to actually get your money back. Oh! By the way, if they don't approve your refund, after you mailed back the product so they can inspect it, you don't get it back! The first thing they say on their refind site is, "bring to our customers the convenience of payment..." BUT NOT FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS! BEWARE! They are not local and they decide whether or not they are refunding your money! Read their refund policy first before purchasing!
