Placed order a month ago, never shipped order. Contacted support for the missing order, no response.
I placed an order then cancelled shortly thereafter. Their customer service told me that the $$ was not taken from my account but my bank said it was. I have to wait until the money moves from pending to posted to file a dispute. They also do not answer their phones. Do not order from this company. There are warnings all over the internet about them. Lesson learned. If you have used a debit or credit card, make sure you cancel that card before there is further fraud.

I purchased tea on walmart.com and this company was the merchant. The box of tea arrived banged up as though it had been dragged along the bottom of a lake bed. When I emailed them and sent them pictures they basically told me I was wrong for not wanting the product. So, six days before Christmas when Walmart is going to be a zoo, I have to take time out of my schedule, go there and return it. Total inconvenience for them sending a ridiculously damaged product.
Attempted leaving voice mail and email messages to cancel an order that seems to be stuck in process and get zero response. I understand that free delivery says 7-10 days. Will never give them my business again. 8 business days and no change in order status. I'm not sure how they can offer second day delivery if they can not communicate with their customers.

I am very dissatisfied with this company. I order most of my product online and this is the first time sourcing through this company and will be the last. It's been almost 3 weeks since placing my order and nothing. I have called numerous times, get the same message, extremely high call volume please leave us a message through our website. I don't think there is actually anyone answering calls at all. Terrible way to run a business.

I found supplement geeks 2 years ago by accident t actually and couldn't believe I have heard of them before their prices literally beat amazon and when the shipping was free it was a no brainier I've been coming back since. Once the shipping took a ridiculously long time but all other shipments came FedEx super quick.

I placed an order for Honey Stinger Energy Chews. They charged my card and a few hours later I get an e-mail stating the order was canceled because the item was out of stock. I check back before calling them the next business day AND THE ITEMS ARE STILL AVAILABLE UP ON THEIR WEBSITE! They obviously are too stupid to manage their stock and represent what is available for sale. They give a rat's $#*! about how many other people that use their website and waste time like I did.

Don't purchase priority delivery. I purchased $13 to have my order priority mail. It's expected on its website in 2 to 3 days. It's been well over a week and they're not giving me the $13 back. Don't waste your money on that service I still haven't received my product after paying extra for it so I do not recommend utilizing the site for your supplements. supplementsgeeks.com is horrible, don't bother. I placed an order 8 weeks ago. After 2 weeks of not shipping, I asked "what's up" and the reply was "we're out of stock". It'd have been nice if they had shared that on the product page (like most companies do) or when I ordered. I asked for a refund - once, twice, thrice with no reply from them. I've filed a Paypal complaint, and I'm still waiting. What a mess.
Do not buy from this company, I paid for my supplements over a month ago, email them, no reply, fortunately I paid with PayPal. They are nothing but Scammers!

Quality products. Orders spotty on receiving. Online chat stalls. Auto Shipping label cut at order and shipment never gets to FedEx. Two months out from order and still not received; credit card charged immediately upon order.
I ordered 3 items from this company. A 5 lb weight gainer, 5 lb whey protein and a shaker. After over 2 weeks (they claim 7 day delivery times) I received just the shaker and weight gainer in an unmarked box with no packing slip or invoice. I emailed the company to ask where my protein was and was told it shipped from a different location. I then asked for shipping confirmation and tracking data. After a few days of no response I tried calling. Their phone line goes right to a recording telling you to email them. To date I have sent 4 emails with the last telling them I was filing a fraud complaint with my bank (which i did). I have not received a single response from this company.
They are clearly thieves.
Whoever is runs SupplementsGeeks.com knowingly cheats the customer. If only I had read reviews before making a purchase! You won't believe it, but the scammers at this company actually went to great lengths to remove the expiration dates from the products' packaging and from the actual products, too. So I received defaced, unusable, altered products that only a fool would put onto their body. It gets better, when attempting to return something to them, you must request a return authorization and the company responds by sending a bogus link that gets the customer nowhere. I still tried again with a phone callz and guess what, no answer and no way to leave a message. I believe that is by design. I think they hope you just take the loss and go away. Shady at best. Lastly, if you dare inquire about the situation via email you may receive a threatening email back as they did to me. Hey at least they put the threat in writing. That was helpful.

A FedEx label was requested by the so called company but they never sent my product I ordered and it was submitted to my credit.
I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General in Michigan along with filing fraud on my credit card.
They have the best prices in market with free shipping. My order always arrive on time. I have been purchasing from them for last 2 years.

I should have believed the negative reviews. Supplement Geeks is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They sell lies to their customers. They even posted lies on my order page. They told me my order had shipped, they posted on my order page that the order had shipped (see attached photo). They gave the USPS tracking number and for two days kept telling me that the USPS tracking number will be updated after 24-48 hours. Than after 4 days, they tell me that they refunded my order because they ran out of stock and could not ship it.
Placed an order 10 days ago, but never received an email from them about tracking info. I finally contact them today only to find that they've placed my order on hold without notifying me. Furthermore, when I asked why it was placed on hold, the representative says because I need to verify my address. I check the shipping address and it's correct. Ugh, I should have heeded the warnings of all of the 1-star ratings for this business.
Fellas and ladies, I've been buying supps for over 10 years and never had a problem worse than this one. They gave an eta of 3- 10 business days for all of 5 hours distance btwn me and the shipper. I have emailed and called several times to see whats going on with less than no response. They even blocked my phone number talk about horrible customer service. Avoid this site at all costs.
