I reserved a hotel night using supertravel.com and when I arrived to the hotel they say that they do not have rooms at that price and kick us out. When I call supertravel help desk they just keep saying that my ticket was escalated to their "urgent team" but never answer and never refund. Terrible service

Don't use this company. They will charge your credit card and when you get to the hotel they won't accept super travels credit card for payment. They decline it. It is a definite scam
I booked through Super Travel Dada Suites in Rome, arriving 10min after at the hotel. There was no one at the hotel. I called Super Travel immediately and two agents tried to reach out the hotel, also unsuccessfully. That alone should be enough for a refund. The invoice and payment proof of another place I had to second pay to sleep the night were demanded and sent to Super Travel. All sorts of problems were brought up by Super Travel to deny refund. Summarizing, it's a SCAM by all means. Reservation B_*******.

Offer rooms, you pay, get to hotel and hotel says unlivable, supertravel then try to tell you, you didn't show up, even when the hotel verified and said we cancelled with no fee, they make you work for your refund. Complete scam with horrible ignorant customer service!
I live in NSW and booked a hotel in Sydney. They charged me $7 int'l transaction fee. I should have just used bookings.com or agoda.

Snap travel had many more hotels / motels to offer then Super travel seems to have. Highly disappointed since I haven't used the site in over a year only to run into this waste of time.

This company does nothing but lie. When husband was in the hospital I needed to book a room after he was released they told me to book it and they would change it if needed. He wasn't released the day they said and I provided documentation as requested and they still charged us. Still fighting with them. They won't refund the money and have all kinds of excuses. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ALL LIE TO YOU. Please tell your family and friends to deal with other companies NOT SUPERTRAVEL

I rented a motel that they promised to be a 4 star motel in a great location. The motel was in the worst ghetto neighborhood in the city. The room smelt horribly bad like mold so I checked around and looked and found bed bugs in all the beds. The carpet was super gross with stains and it was matted with filth. The motel refunded my money to Supertravel. Supertravel said that if I paid them a $20 fee that they would process my refund and I would get my money back within 30 days. So I did and they kept making up excuses of why I can't get my money yet. It has been 6 months now and still no money. So they ripped me off and then ripped me off again.
I booked and paid for a room through Super.com so I could take my 11 yr old grandson and his friend to boo fest at 6 flags. The reservation looked perfect it was a 6 hour drive. We got to the motel I went into the office with my I.d. and I was told that super.com did not pay them for my room. It was 3 pm Friday in CA. Super.coms phone number was in the east on eastern time to a 9-5 mon-fri business I spent 3 hours in my car trying to get a hold of someone at 6 pm the motel cancelled my reservation. We missed boo fest I had to pay cash for a room and I now had to very unhappy angry 11 year olds. Super called me at 10:30pm I missed the call I was in the bathroom I received a text from super at 12:21 am We are in the second week of Nov. And I still haven't received a refund they said they will work with their partner to try to get a refund their partner is the motel they failed to pay never never again.
