Promised my cash 100.00 would be in my account today.
Won't provide tracking # for this supposed deposit as they Promised.
No PROOF provided to me on their end period!

Initially, I was very satisfied with this service. Easy approval, fast payment and a low cost. I used it 2x, then had some unexpected bills and want able to pay my loan back (my bad, I know). I had only given my acount information- never my debit card. I stopped the payment from my account (planned to pay at a later date when I could). Approx a month after the due date, (1/8) I had a charge using my debit card number for $42.61 (an unusual, out of the blue amount). The contact number showing on my statement was bad. 2 days later, I recieved a text to resolve my debt for a lesser amount, which I did and agreed to make 2 payments of $50, the 1st to be paid on the (1)18th, and the remainder to be paid on the (2) 4th. The $42 payment was not credited to my loan at all. Since the contact number was bad, I kinda forgot about it, planning to look it up a little later. On the 18th, the 1st $50 payment came out. This time, I looked up the company info and reached out via e-mail, letting them know the random payment was not authorized and especially why wasnt it credited to my amount owed. The responded saying I had been sent to collections on the 12th. I said but both payments are to you guys, as is my payment agreement that was made 2 days before it was supposedly sent to collections. Why would they send me to collections if I had a payment arrangement in place and especially if a payment had already been made (unauthorized, but still)? They again responded that they could not help me and to call the collection agency. I replied if my account was sent to collections, why did they take money out of my account? I have not received a reply to the last 4 emails I have sent. So, I called customer service and spoke with Nala- who is probably the rudest customer service two I have ever encountered. She would not let me speak- literally talking over me while I was talking. So I didnt stop talking until she finally did- at least 1-2 minutes of her talking over me. Then we would go silent- not respond at all while I am asking her to please just answer my question as to why they would sell my account when I had a payment plan in place and had already paid towards my balance and that the card payment was not authorized. She tried telling me that I called and made the $42 payment using my debit card, which is completely untrue. I have phone records to prove I had never called before, ever, and never gave them my card number. She told me I was sent to collections, but then they got it back. I have no idea what she is talking about and she refused to explain anything or answer the simplest question. Again we had a talking over eachother war and then again, she went silent for at least 3 minutes while I was asking her to respond. She finally came back on and said they were closed now and she couldn't help me and I would have to call back on Monday. Something just shady is going on. Admittedly, I did not pay back my loan as promised, but that does not exist them randomly talking money out of my account, using a method I did not agree to, that they were not even counting toward s my balance. Then to try to tell me that they sold my account to collections 2 days after a payment agreement was made, but still take the first payment out. And still there is no credit for the $42.61. This company is doing something weird and they have zero respect for their customers whatsoever. I will be disputing the 1st charge- that I did not authorize- with my bank. I will complete the payment plan because I know I owe that. But, they need to return my money that they weren't authorized to just randomly take and test their customers- all of them- with a little common courtesy.

Tip for consumers:
They are lying and saying I called them and gave them my debit card number to make a payment for a really of the wall amount.

Unauthorized, non- credited withdrawls from account and worst customer service Ever!

Tip for consumers:
I wish I would've known they could somehow gain access to my debit card. I really wish they would not show a bad number on the bank statements. Maybe they only do that for the payments they're not authorized to take.?
