VIP pick up and drop off - 17 years old car, totally "killed". Driver almost non-English speaking. Quad bike in the desert- 15 minutes on a small square, if you want real desert - price x2. Camel ride - awful,5 minutes slowly via garbage and trash. And finally dunes bashing…slowly up and down on the sand, no extreme, no speed, nothing…they promise 4-4,5 hours, in real 3 hours round trip to the desert, 1 hour all activities…absolutely awful!
This review is for sunsetdesertsafari.com. Our driver hardly spoke a word of English which means silent awkward drives and no flexibility in your itinerary at all. Their "call center" phones you to arrange your tour so you think you'll be getting the person you spoke to, but it isn't so. If you want to cancel going to one place in order to spend longer at another place you're not interested in, you can forget about it. Driver arrived late. Not worth the price. Should have just taken Uber or a Citysightseeing bus. They do business via WhatsApp and you pay in cash when you arrive back at your hotel (no receipt). It also doesn't seem possible to provide Google reviews (due to the generic name) and it's probably purposefully so. To say they do the bare minimum is an understatement- this is not a tour. Borderline scamming service.
