I started to receive two magazines that I did not order. Elizabeth, from customer service called me back right away and was able to help me to stop the subscriptions. She assured me that the subscriptions would b stopped. Thanks Elizabeth!

This company set up an unsolicited, unwanted subscription to People Magazine in my name. I have no idea how they got my information or why they did this. I am beyond frustrated.
Somehow they got my name and mailing address, which is different than my physical address and less used. They signed me up for a travel magazine and Esquire, without my permission. Never spoke to them or anyone. Try calling their number, always "closed" despite being within their hours.
I wanted to give them the chance that they might just have a dishonest salesman, but after researching them, they are a fraudulent dishonest company engaging in identity theft. I will be pursuing charges if they don't cancel asap.

I never subscribed to people magazine but have been receiving magazine issues. I called people magazine to cancel and they explained it is being sent to me by Subco. I'm beyond irritated this could happen. How are you acquiring people's information? This is not OK. When I tried to call the customer service number *******350 it does not even connect through. I will never nor have I ever subscribed to any magazine but for some reason I received one today in the mail that you guys ordered for me. Totally Inappropriate. How did you even get my information? Did you charge me? I'm highly annoyed and feel my information is not safe. I would like this resolved immediately and I never wish to encounter you again. I've been receiving magazines from People, even though I never signed up for a subscription. I've have called several times but there was never any representatives available. I also sent an email about 4 days, and I still haven't received any response as well. I would like if I can get ahold directly with a Subco representative or that someone responds to my email (along with the requests in it).
Received the 1st issue of a 6 month sub to Women's Health. Never subscribed. Zero interest - I'm a retired male. The magazine had my address, but was addressed to "Dronal Trump". No clue where that came from. When I called the mag, was directed to call Subco. Tried that several times, but each time was greeted by someone pushing a medical alert system. No interest and told them so. The person hung up each time. Not good!

So far in the last week I have gotten 2 issues of Men's Health Magazine that I did not sign up for. I am very mad about this. I am a single woman with no interest in this. I would also like to know how you got my information, obviously you're a scam company. You better not bill me for this. I didn't sign up for it. I feel like they are sending you magazines to force you to cancel which you can only do by phone or email, allowing them to capture more information on you to sell to other unethical "partner" companies. You won't know it's from them; it's a bit of a process to find out. We'll see if it actually gets cancelled or not. I better not get a bill. What a scam!

Any company that sends out unsolicited magazine subscriptions is fraudulent in my opinion. I started receiving Harper's Bazaar which I would never read and discovered that Subco took it upon themselves to subscribe me. I have assured them that if I receive a bill I will be forwarding it to them. Jerks.

I started to get magazines that I never ordered. When I tried to cancel the magazine I was told that I had to go through subco. I have never heard of them and have never ordered anything from them. It is a pain in my $#*! that I have to go through so much crap for something I never ordered. If they send me a bill I will be calling my lawyer.

SCAM! Came home to find a People magazine delivered to me. I have NEVER subscribed to People magazine. People magazine refused to tell me who was paying for the subscription, only that Subco had authorized it. People CSR said she cancelled the subscription, but would not tell me who paid for it. She said she did not have access to payment records, and she said she did not have a supervisor I could speak to either Scammy on the part of People and Subco. I will be disputing any charges by People or Subco via my credit card, if we are charged. Minus one star for this fraudulent company.

As of March the 2nd 2020 I have received 3US weekly magazines and one vanity fair. I called US weekly to find out why I am getting these and she said that it came from sub co and gave me the number. I called the number and got a recording that they were closed so I will Call again tomorrow. I don't know why I'm getting these and I do not appreciate it and I will take this action further if I am charge for anything. I want to know how they got my information and why they started sending me these!

The only time in my life I have received magazines it was some kind of scam. I sure as hell did not authorize GQ freakin magazine. Stop your scamming $#*! practices!

Did not order a magazine but got a bill, I have spent 2 hours trying to canc. So now they can send it and not get paid. I even sent it back telling them to stop littering my mailbox. Over the phone I cant get past the surveys they want me to take.

I have been receiving Men's Health magazine and could never determine who signed me up for the subscription. I am certainly not the demographic for the magazine being nearly 70 years old. I immediately toss the magazine in the trash and have probably thumbed through no more than one or 2 of the editions. I do not subscribe to magazines. I tried contacting Men's health directly and was informed that they could not cancel my subscription. When I inquired as to why, they informed me that it was initiated by a company named SUBCO. Well today I found contact information for SUBCO. I will be contacting them first thing on Monday to cancel this subscription. I never initiated it, not did I authorize it.
