Boots were listed at 40% off and I happily ordered them yesterday. Emailed this morning "no more stock of your size / style." Called customer service and was told there was a "glitch in their computer system" and so they actually had all sizes but because the wrong price was listed, generic emails were sent. Spoke to manager/supervisor, maintained same story. "There were some other orders -- but luckily we only had to cancel a few orders." Obviously, not life ending since it is only a pair of boots, but stores usually honour whatever the listed price is. Could have bought boots elsewhere at cheaper price on cyber monday but it is too late. Thank you Stuart weitzman online. Can't give a 0/5 too bad.
Stuart Weitzman is considered to be a high-end brand. It is just across the street from LV, Hermes, Chanel boutiques in Toronto The customer service is horrible. The representatives are absolutely unhelpful when you face a problem. To contact back a loyal customer takes them 14 days! They cannot resolve the issue over the phone. I have been shopping with SW since it opened its doors in Toronto.
I have never expected that I would face such unprofessionalism.

I wore sandals twice, and one of the strips ripped. That is not the quality for a high-end brand. The CSR could not resolve the issue over the phone. Moreover, I was not guaranteed that the problem I have will be resolved once I’m contacted by the SW team.
On March 15, I ordered two shoes. One worked and one I returned right away via mail. It is now May 5th. I did not get back my return. They sent me a gift card credit only 2 weeks ago (despite I returned my item on time and purchased a FULL price item that was eligible for return). Canadian customer service said they would refund my card and they did not. My money was stolen. Horrible company. Horrible customer care.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER

They do not honor prices and shipping policies on their own website claiming sale items are different and are not entitled to the same shipping practices even though it is listed under the individual product that it is in fact and email you the same promotion. Customer service is also inadequate and did not respond.
Disappointing that they would choose not to honor the print on their own website during a pandemic when everyone is shopping online
Tip for consumers:
You are better off buying from Saks and Nordstrom, who both have great customer service, if you are still interested in the shoes
