I ordered some Christmas presents including stocking stuffers on 11/14. It said some of my items would ship in one week but I have received none of them to date and it's 12/15. Over one month later?!? The order shows unfulfilled (not yet shipped). When I try and contact customer service I get an automated email saying they usually contact you back in 24 hours. No one replied and there is no customer service number or live chat option.
When ordering products from this business, it says orders will be processed in 24 hours and shipped with 3-5 days. After 3 weeks of not receiving the product I ordered I reached out to customer service via email as no phone number is listed. They gave me a canned response to wait another week. I waited a few more days and emailed again and asked why the product hasn't shipped yet. At this point they stopped returning my emails. It us coming up on 1 month and I have yet to receive the product I paid for. I feel like I was misled and scammed.
Update:
After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau the product shipped and I have now received it.
