Long story short:
-Been over a month, still no product. (It turns out it could take up to 3 months! But the website claims 1 to 2 weeks if you don't read the FAQ.)
-Sent two e-mails, no replies. (I even used the form on their website because I have a feeling the owner will say the first email was placed in spam, but can't say that about the second email.)
-Filed a dispute with my bank. They attempted to call the number listed for the company. No answer.
-Dispute process is pending.
-After the bank's investigation, I will file a complain with the BBB.
