Horrible management and customer service especially Alison Fletcher
Director of Shoreside Operations. She acts concerned and like she cares about customers then that quickly changes and she goes silent once hearing the problem. Rude and unprofessional.
They seem to have a thing for hiring employees that are regrading. I dealt with a very disrespectful employee on the ferry and he crossed some lines and steamship didn't seem to care much. I can't support a business like that.
