Ordered a shirt in February which had a "You are the Universe" logo, Size medium. Took them 2 weeks to get it to me... and then when it arrived it was obviously the wrong order as I got a size small HOODIE, a tie-dye shirt, and a book i didn't order. Id be happy if it was the right size. I emailed them asking how I send order back for exchange, ZERO response after 5 days. I twittered and face-booked them, no response, emailed again, no response Sad really, as the quality of the things I got seemed very nice, just wish i could wear them or feel good about shopping with the site again.
