Worst service, I did my full head foil, turn out be head bleached and lower hair below chin without bleach …two different color.
Went to store, they advised to email manager.
Ladies at store believe it was wrong decision to not bleach lower half and apologised.
Manager email back to come to store.
And she did whole bleach again and advised it would toned all same.
I advised I dunt want lighter than this tone and I don't want bleach more on my head.
As they were super confident and advised otherwise would not be same color if we don't bleach.
Now turn out full blond that I dunt wanted. Even can't go to office. Can't see my face it's just too blond and does suits me.
It's not even foil now it's just I have done my color on full hair ( not foil)
And as salesperson when they finish everybody started heyyy u looks so nice I like it I loved it … blah blahhh just to make u feel better.

On Tuesday 8 March I made on appointment 11.30am to colour my roots and trim. Seri was wonderful, polite and listen to what I wanted. After colouring Seri was told to take her break, she was very apologetic. Two hours later I'm still waiting to rinse off my hair. Everyone that walked in were seated, caped and attended to. After 2 hours I left in disgust and rinse my hair at home. I paid $70 for the terrible service.
Six months or so ago I made an appointment. Turned up I was told they are very busy I had to wait. I asked how long she said 'Whenever'. I hate to think its about race as she wouldn't speak to a white Australian like that. S+S Hair. Beauty Taigum you have a disgusting culture and behaviour.
