Grand Circle Island Tour $32.99 & Pearl Harbor City Tour $22.99, super cheap, so I arranged and paid the driver for the Grand Circle Island Tour and it sucked totally! The driver spoke broken English and could not understand half the times. I found out the hard way that this people bought their own vehicle and hired their own cheap driver and just takes you to the same places other professional tour companies take you with a real trained tour guide. I met up next day for the Pearl Harbor City Tour and first went up to the driver/tour guide and tried to talk to him and asked some questions like are there anyone left alive from Pearl Harbor? And he said maybe and with broken English. This driver was not able to answer most of my questions. So I just walked away. I then called their office and I was told to hold, so I waited. After waiting for a long time a lady came on and I tried to complain about the driver not being a tour guide and she became irate and said "That's why it's cheap, you paid very little." I couldn't believe how rude she was. It was kinda late but I started searching the internet for hawaiitourandtravels.com and found some disturbing complaints and then I also found they came up with a new name specialticketandtour.com. It seems they received too many complaints so they made a new website name.
I called them once again and a man answered so I asked what is the final price for Kauai One Day Tour they advertise for $365 and the man said I had to come to their office. I then asked what is the final cost for the Majestic Circle Island Tour they advertise for $69.99 and he again he said I have to come to their office. I told him I have a credit card and I am ready to buy and asked him again what is the final price, and he again said I have to come to their office.
