This site has features I've never dreamed of let alone heard of. Their tag line at first was confusing to me (we do the work so you can do the job) but after using it I get it; I saved so much time using their features instead of doing search after search of reviewing job after job the whole process was so much easier I could spend my time looking at jobs I wanted instead of searching for them.
As a human capital professional with over 20 years of experience, I have used and conducted training on hundreds of career sites. I find specialList to be in a league of its own. The search functionality is streamlined, clear and produces results not found on any other site. It is not a fluff site--- it actually gets you results and fast. Furthermore, it finds you well matched career opportunities, not just jobs. I'm eager to see what additional tools and resources will be embedded into the site. I highly recommend this sophisticated, yet very approachable tool for anyone currently on the job market, or anyone interested in gaining more insight on the current state of our market in this new world, and how their skills/experience is measured and valued. A+
I recently did a search for Nursing jobs in Manhattan (in fact Step-Down Unit Nurse). Usually a search like that returns lots of Nursing jobs that don't fit my specialty AND it gets frustrating because I'm looking for a job in Manhattan, often I either get other boroughs in New York City or if I specify 'exactly' the jobs get filtered down to almost none. SpecialList seemed very 'intelligent' about getting me 'SDU Nurse' jobs and when I specified Manhttan, that is exactly what I got.
