Smile provide a very simple way to claim back on dental costs. Membership is very affordable, and you can reduce your yearly membership fee by completing simple tasks like uploading a copy of your dental invoices. The membership really pays for itself after a few visits. If your health care plan is lacking in dental benefits, consider Smile as a supplement.
After multiple years of not using their service I found out smile.com.au had been annually withdrawing money from my account. So, I signed into my account 2-weeks prior to the next renewal to cancel. It took me forever to find where I could cancel their service in my account. When I finally found the link to cancel the service I clicked it and received a message on a new page stating "We're sorry to see you go!". They requested that I fill out a questionnaire, but I didn't want to because I was busy and stopped there. What I didn't know was off screen was a button to submit the questionnaire AND cancel the service(?!)- even though any sane human being would think the service had been cancelled at that point, especially when a cancellation button was not visible and given the large message at the top of the screen. Anyhow, the renewal date hits and I get charged AGAIN. I contact costumer service, explain what happened and they refuse to give me a full refund. They tell me there will be a $24 processing fee! I tell them I don't care. I indicated I wanted to cease my service on their website, so that's a done deal. Continuing to charge me for the service because I did not fill out a questionnaire is dishonest. Additionally, no costumer should be beholden to continue a service because they failed to answer an exit questionnaire. Seriously, I can't see how that is even legal. There is something definitely shady about this company. Avoid them at all cost.

They say 15% off, but contact the Dentist you intend to go to first. The one that I wanted to would only give 8% on Invisalign. Fingers crossed I get my money back through PayPal.
This is wonderful for everyone who requires dental care. With or without private health, I was blown away by the smile savings for such little outlay.
Tip for consumers:
This is an excellent dental cover that includes a wide network of dentists arund the country. How amazing is thatt?

The system auto-renews and cancels it after 2/3 days of auto-renewing, which is proving to be a massive issue. We (the customer) have to prove to them why they should give my money back. Just be aware. Customer service is essential in these kind of services.
It was so fast to sign up, I did it in the dental waiting room in under 5 minutes. I recieved almost $40 off my appointment for xray and tooth extraction. Awesome and efficient will be recommending to my fam and friends. I love that there are no wait periods either!

I have had Smile cover for two years now, initially used as had a significant amount of dental work required that private health did not cover. The savings were fantastic.
I have recently changed to smile.com.au and come across the best dentist I've ever been too. Thorough, professional and knows his work!
I was so sceptical at first about this, but then my dentist agreed that yes it'd be a good idea for me and my dental needs, and my dentist just happens to be a preferred dentist for smile conveniently, now I'm so very glad that I decided to do it after all! Well worth it.

Very easy to start up app and an inexpensive way to reduce costs for dentist. There is also no waiting and limit so I benefited right after I joined.
Great and easy dental cover, not expensive reasonably priced. All on an app on your phone so easy to access at all times.
