I ordered a skin and they sent the wrong skin. Fine, however when I went to address this with them they wasted 2 days asking for "proof" with a photo. Then when I "proved" that it was the wrong item they told me to send it back, on my own dime, with no shipping refund. Also they refused to waive the 1.50 "processing fee" even though this is completely their mistake. Clearly this is how they value their customers and they would rather go this route than make the situation right.

I had to file a complaint with the BBB and opened a least a dozen tickets with Slickwraps. I paid extra for 1-2 Day Express Shipping and that never happened. They finally gave me a tracking number but it seems the package keeps going further and further away from where I live, so not sure what address they put on the package. Check out their BBB history of over 100+ complaints. I would avoid this company (in my opinion) at all costs. Ps. Their support number = disconnected.

I made a purchase on slickwraps.com on a Saturday morning and then changed my mind two hours later. I immediately contacted the company via email to cancel the order, and the company responded 30 minutes later via email to ask why. I explained why; however, the company did not respond. The company (same person) responded three days later, via email, to inform me that it was too late to cancel, because my order was being processed.

Saw this website after looking for a phone skin company that delivers to the UK. It turns out I had ordered the wrong skin and so I emailed customer support and got a very quick and nice response from someone called Lee. They sent me the skin I wanted and it arrived the very next morning.
Having just put the skin on my galaxy s10 plus, it looks fantastic, I really like the charcoal design I went for with a red camera cutout.
Purchased item over a month ago. Site says processing. Will not refund or return communication. Their site was hacked. Google for similar reviews and news on hack. Beware of scam.
Much harder to put on compared to orhers like fishskyn. Replacement requires $12 shipping fee, no refund option either.

The site is a scam site. Like other that have reported I ran into the same problems. I ordered 2 wraps 4 weeks ago for my Ipad mini and no shipment. They just sent me a link with the "Convid Delay" excuse. Buyers Beware!
Again, this process is very smooth. They gave me updates via email about the shipment process. The items came within a few days--very timely and organized.
They basically ended up scamming me. I made a return and had to pay for shipping on the return. Never refunded. Avoid buying from.
Order#*******. Delivered wrong colored products. And they ask me to pay to ship it back to them and for them to re-ship the replacement product to me. I got emails from one Isabel and thought customer service was rude. A phone number that won't work and an outsourced customer care that don't really care about what the customer thinks about the company.
Order 1 month ago but still waiting for it. No reply as I have sent numerous emails to them. Total fraudulent activities. Worst ever website
Utterly incompetent... terrible service. Never got the product so cant comment... save your money!
On August 4 I ordered a skin for my macbook. On August 5, my card was charged... not authorized - charged. As in, the money was taken out of my account and given to Slickwraps.
On August 19 I checked my order. It was still "Processing." I used the online form to contact customer service to inquire about the status of my order. I received back a form letter email. This email informed me that:
A) I should expect a response in 2-3 business days. And
B) My order would take (at the longest) 6-8 business days to ship.
(From August 4 to August 19 is already 10 business days.)
Today, August 26 (5 business days from the date of the email), my order is still In Processing and I have not received a response from anyone at the company.
I called the toll free number listed for this company and got a recording that it is not in service.
I am smelling a big fat scam.
I'm giving this company one chance to fix this error, contact me, and ship my order. If I have not heard anything in 24 hours, I will dispute the charges and file complaints with the proper authorities and government overseers.

I found two phone numbers for them. A toll free number is out of service and a local phone number that is a Google Voice number that doesn't answer. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Easy to install and everything... and its durable and rubbery solid. Best phone skin to buy... highly recommend.

10/4/23:
The wrap set I purchased came with 5 skin pieces for the Xbox One X. The front piece that's intended to cover the eject button, IR sensor, pair button, and USB port was so poorly sized that it couldn't be used at all. I sent two photos to SlickWraps support, but have not yet received a response.
10/5/23 Update:
SlickWraps support responded back requesting that I pay a $10 shipping and handling fee in order to be issued a replacement. For reference, the price of shipping is $6.04 on SlickWrap's website. That's a 65.5% upcharge on shipping, and an additional 1/3 the price of the original purchase.
No customer should be expected to pay for a replacement after receiving a defective product.
10/10/23 Update:
SlickWraps agreed to send me a replacement front piece. I have since received and applied the replacement. It fit flawlessly this time around! While I would've preferred to have this replacement sent without as many back and forth emails, the new piece fit perfectly, and it looks quite striking. My girlfriend absolutely loves it!
