This company sucks! I ordered 5 seat covers and 2 pillow case covers. Took over 3 months to get my order which said my pillow covers were in the shipment but when I received the package my pillow covers where not in it. I contacted their so called customer service department and never got a truthful answer to my questions. When I threatened to dispute the charges with PayPal then they finally shipped my order, again, with part of the order missing! BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I keep getting the same message over and over again as a mockery. They don't solve my problem. They keep sending me copy paste of the same answer despite my questions. The tracking guide is incorrect. The product arrived from China USA and went to the USPS distributor and they did not send me the new guide. Its been almost a month and there is no product update. I'm exhausted from asking the same thing. I have asked for a refund and they do not answer me

Update 11/13/22: After all the initial emails I then realized that they had charged me $14 more on my PayPal than what my invoice email stated. I contacted them thru PayPal to get this refunded. After receiving that I decided to dispute the entire amount through PayPal. Ultimately I was offered a refund of 1/3 of what I paid. Here were the totals: invoice stated $ 73.64, they charged my paypal $87.89, they then refunded me$14.25 for the additional shipping charge, which is what they called it. I was then refunded $26.75 after disputing the order through paypal.
These cushion covers do not fit as advertised. The back covers are too small and the seat covers are far too big. Contacting them for a refund is easy via email and they respond quickly, but DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO HONOR THEIR 100%SATISFACTION GUARANTEED RETURN POLICY! Just tons of emails back and forth and an insulting $3 or $5 refund offer with the advise to "give them away as a gift since they are of such high quality"!

Placed an order online on 12/17/22 and received an invoice for $48.35. When I checked my account, I had been charged $60.44. I immediately contacted Paypal to dispute the charges but was told my dispute was denied because the charges were processed correctly. Apparently, they charged over $12 tax, that was not listed on the invoice.
I've been receiving tracking information stating my order is being shipped from Ireland!

Their website is not user friendly and as a result I ended up spending $60 and not ordering the intended item. With the competitive retail landscape and flexible returns policies of most online retailers, I often don't check returns policies, but buyer beware. This website is incredibly confusing and the poor merchandise quality is not worth the risk of ordering the wrong item or not being able to return if it doesn't meet expectations.
Within 24 hours of receiving the item I reached out to return the item and they had no returns or refunds. I told them about their website and they didn't care.
I always try to purchase from small businesses, but this company makes it not worth it. Order from Amazon.

I received the covers on Oct. 26,2022. After trying one of the covers, I didn't bother putting the rest on. I didn't like the quality and was quite dissatisfied with it, I wanted to return my covers. I emailed them right away. They requested images. I sent them. They claimed to have sent the right things. I clarified that I didn't say they sent the incorrect products. I made it very obvious that I didn't like the quality and that I wanted to send it back and seek a refund. They then responded and made me a $4 USD offer of compensation. No, I said, I wanted to return the items and get full refund. They replied and said to give the product to someone else and they'll compensate me with $6 USD. I said no. I want to return and get my $90 (the amount I spent). They replied and said $8 USD was the highest compensation they can offer me. I quit emailing them because it is obvious that nothing will change. I raised a dispute with Paypal, and within two minutes (literally), Paypal gave me a full refund. I guess PayPal knows how $hitty this business is and always getting a lot of disputes.

I purchased, I paid, they were too big, they refuse to let me return them, they refuse to give me a refund. I was told to give them to a friend, then I was offered $5 then $7. I paid $46.34 for them.
I do not have a facebook account right now. I am a Senior and was scammed. I have read others who say the same thing.

I have now after the fact research this Slendern and they are a perfect scam. Please stay away from them and do your research as I did not. They tell everyone the same thing. Give to friend or they offer you $3 to $7 refund.

I don't usually like to write bad reviews, but if I can warn anyone before they place an order, then it will be worthwhile. Unfortunately, this company sent me the wrong size couch cover and chair covers that were the wrong shape. Also, the couch cover arrived with black marks on it and the chair covers were listed as water proof on their website, but they ended up not being water proof at all. When I reached out and let Slendern know of their mistakes, they were not willing to either refund me or pay for the items to be shipped back to China for exchange. They would not take responsibility. They also charged me tax, but the weird thing was, the tax amount didn't show up in any of their emailed receipts or in the total amount due before I placed the order. They added it to the Paypal charge afterward. The strange thing about this is that I live in a tax free state (New Hampshire) and they are located in China. No reason to charge tax in the first place. They don't operate in an honorable way and won't take responsibility for their errors.
I bought a sofa cover and the size didn´t fit (specifications on their website are not correct). I sent an e-mail asking for an exchange and they replied nonsenses like I should give it to someone else, and that they can refund $6 dollars. The product description is an accurate. They refused to give me a refund. They told me shipping was gonna be so expensive they'll give me a $5 refund to keep the items laughable and criminal.
