We are a family of three looking to take our soon to be high school graduate on a trip to Japan. Grant from SLT was super patient and great to us. We floated many potential itineraries and not only was he very reponsive but also gave great advice and things for us to consider. He was very knowledgeable on his industry and all of the possible options available. I would HIGHLY recommend placing your trust in SLT to get you connected to your next travel destination.
Supervisor came to that phone fuming and explanation was not clear. Agent was argumentative instead of being open minded for solution.

Well, Festus, the representative went the extra mile to get my round-trip ticket not only in price but in seating and everything else he stayed on this for over an hour working for us. I have not always had good experiences at Skylark with other representatives but as long as Festus is there and he can run point for me, I will stay with that company because they're lucky to have them. Jake Brown has been helping us for many years with our international flights. Jake was able to come up with great business class fares for our trip next month to Spain. All the flights had good connections and he took great care to make sure we got the best seats. We always appreciate his timely responses when we contact him.
I was requested to complete a survey that offered a $50 travel voucher but the voucher never arrived. I followed up 6 months later and after a week the voucher was sent on February 4th. I was able to use it on this trip.
They have great fares and offer special business class fare deals throughout the year.

Maverick was very patient and knowledgeable. He listened to my desires and concerns and explained differences in order to allow me to make choices. He saved me time and money by finding the right route to take me from home to my final destination without my having to book additional transportation. Silvester was awesome and proactive! I gave him my travel criteria and dates and he gave me multiple options and is always professional when I have questions. Prices are better than what I could find online. The only downside is that I don't get to pick seats until tickets are purchased and there was a bit of hiccup getting bassinet seats with the airline but it's not terrible. Would recommend!

My wife and I scheduled our 20 year anniversary trip to the Mediterranean. We were given a great price on a cruise, one that we couldn't pass up. However, when we tried to book flights all the flights were going to cost us more than our 2 week cruise was. SkyLux was able to find us a great deal and it is in business class as well. Our Skylux agent Jasper did a fantastic job for us. After finding us flights on Jet Blue we paid for them. We later discovered the same itinerary using Delta (we had looked before and they were much more expensive) with a price $650 below the Jet Blue price. Jasper canceled the Jet Blue booking, arranged a refund to our credit card, booked with Delta and we paid. Jasper went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. Skylux is fortunat to have an agent/employee of his Caliber!

Super great deal on traveling to Europe with less than a month. Still ended up paying ~$3800 for tickets over the ocean vs at least 6500 but more like 10K with a huge lay flat bed seat. Great job.

Air France has a somewhat difficult website so I decided to let Skylux deal with it and book me a round-trip to Paris. They booked us in premium coach and arranged for our desired seats.
