“I made my first order with the website on the 26th...”

I made my first order with the website on the 26th of June and have not received the products I asked for or a refund despite having chased it up several times. I have had one very short reply about looking into my missing order and then nothing since. The customer service is awful and I have still yet to get any resolve.
