After having some difficulty uploading the appropriate documentation to verify my business, I called a 2nd time and luckily reached Kana. After sensing my frustration level was rising, Kana listened carefully to what I was saying, calmly assured me the problem would be resolved and that Kana was going to see to it. Sure enough, the next upload was accepted and resulted in the verification being complete. I was elated as I had already sent the wire for my international transaction. Moments late the phone rang and Kana was just calling to assure me that the task was complete and there was no need for further worry. Great Job Kana! Very professional.
