This business caters largely to churches and non-profits who want donations. When you try to give, however, if you encounter a problem there is no one to help. The Customer Service number is never answered (I gave up after 25 minutes). Of course, they answer the sales line right away but that person transfers you to the customer service line which is never answered. When I tried to call back, they didn't even answer... just kept transferring me. Who knows how many good organizations are missing donations because of this awful service.
