The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered some items and was told they were shipping to me. When received, a 40$ item was missing from my package even though they told me it was supposed to be in the package. When questioned, they changed their story and said it was sold out, I paid for it and never received it. They said they would send me a replacement product of something similar, and I didn't receive anything for 3 months. Almost every email I sent to them was ignored. Glad their website was shut down, they are a scam.
If I could put a negative star rating I would. I have NEVER written an online review for anything before but my anger and passion to save others from what I had to deal with has brought me to this point. The entire Shop Stay Wild business is a sham! Everything looks so nice through a screen but I'll be the first to tell you it's not what it seems. I ordered two items. After months of waiting and checking in and being told not to worry I received an email stating my first item was out of stock. HOW CAN IT BE OUT OF STOCK IF I ORDERED IT 2 MONTHS AGO?! I asked for a refund and they reluctantly (if not rudely) obliged. Another two weeks and I'm fed up. I ask for a refund on my second item. A 48 hour, back and forth battle ensues where they inform me of their policies and what "business days" mean while I explain to them the terms of the "Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule". The rule is a FEDERAL LAW which requires a merchant to refund you if you don't receive your order within 30 business days or the amount of time promised by the vendor. Only after explicitly stating that they were "BREAKING THE LAW" by refusing to refund me did they yield. Yes, I got my refund. But the lack of professionalism and respect that I encountered was unacceptable and I'm not the only one! Please, PLEASE do not indulge these b!%@#&$ by buying their s#!#.
