I buy cosmetics at Spring, when there is a 20% of promo. I never had any problem with a delivery or return. Customer service is very responsive, helpful and polite. The website gives a clear overview of your orders and site search actually works. It is a good place to shop & save money.
They "canceled" my order for a pair of Levi's jeans because "the item is no longer available at that price"... I checked their website 30 minutes later and the exact item/size I ordered was still available, but for $10 more. They did not honor the price listed and "canceled" it on me due to an internal price change. Emails to customer service went unanswered. I will not be back.

Ordered a Thanksgiving themed shirt in early October. Two weeks before Thanksgiving I received an email saying they were printing it. Eight days after Thanksgiving it was still sitting in Las Vegas. And whoever they ship with doesn't post updates so you have no idea where your stuff is. Guess I have it in plenty of time for next year. Never again.
Cancelled my order three times, and the reason was they mistaken my address as a freight forwarder's address. When i asked then to fix the mistake, was told there is nothing they can do! LOL... going back and forth with them couple times with Email since they do not have a number to call nor online chat, no solution! No solution on the mistake on their end! No customer service, not willing to resolve problems... not a trusted company!
I have had difficulty getting in contact with customer service in regards to getting a refund for a return. I understand the replies may be delayed because they're basically acting as a middle man between the customer and the vendor, but that does not excuse their inability to respond in a timely manner. They claim to respond within 24 hours which is not accurate. If you know your size then sometimes you can get really good deals, but if you're unsure of sizing I would avoid ordering things to try on with their so called "free shipping and free returns" advertisement

NOT A REAL RETAILER! They offer merchandise from OTHER WEBSITES and PRETEND that the item is in stock, when in fact the OTHER WEBSITE ran out of stock. BUT THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY, NEVER SEND THE ITEM, AND MAKE YOU STRUGGLE TO GET A REFUND! TOTAL SCAM! THE ABSOLUTE WORST (and I never say that, but this was my worst online experience out of many thousands).
Don't bother with the app or their website. It's a waste of time and money. Their return policy, especially for online clothing that probably won't fit, it totally bogus. You will waste your money by shopping here.
My experience with the company has been positive. Received the item, which is not available in my size and was very happy with the purchase. Bought through their ebay site, was not charged on my credit card till the item shipped, was provided with tracking. I live out of the US, so I had to pay for shipping, duties + taxes but the cost was still a good deal because the item was sale priced. I would have paid full price if I had to. I will shop with them again.

I ordered an urban outfitters snooze set and received it promptly and in perfect condition. I found a few weeks later that the price had dropped significantly. When I reached out to customer service I was initially dismayed to find there was no contact number available; this evolved into panic when I saw all the negative reviews for shopspring online! But, while inconvenient, their online customer service promptly gave me a partial refund taking the adjusted price into account. Aside from the lack of phone number, I would order from this website again.
I am a merchant with Spring and they provide the worst partner and merchant experience that we have ever received. They treat you poorly, and do not provide you any support when you need help. They do not honor your own sales policies regarding your own product, and try to dictate to you how you need to handle returns, and deduct funds from your account for returns that you never received and were never authorized in the first place. They do not respect their merchants, and only pay attention if you are selling large volumes with them. Otherwise, you are treated like garbage. Do not sell on their website, you will regret it. This website lets you buy from other websites and charges you a fee for doing it (by adding on an amount to the cost of the item at checkout). Problem is, the item I bought through shopspring.com wasn't actually available - so I paid $10 or so to be told the item was out of stock. Save yourself the trouble - just buy what you want through the actual website and don't use shopspring.com.
I'm getting married in 8 weeks and ordered a pair of Tory Burch sandals. I needed my shoes asap in order to complete my alterations, but they never arrived. The post office won't take missing package requests until 14 days after it was meant to arrive, so I contacted the Spring Concierge. Their first reply was that they would contact Tory Burch to start a missing package claim. I emailed them back explaining my situation, and they said they would send me a new pair of shoes by the end of tomorrow.

Ive used shopspring.com more than about 10 times and it seems okay. Quite often, they have the same promotions as the original site, although they start a bit later.
Theyve cancelled my orders twice due to out-of-stock items, but it was relatively hassle free. Once, I had to contact them because the seller still hadnt shipped my item out after 8 working days. This issue was settled within a day. I think in this case, they shouldve settled the problem before even have me contact them.
Nevertheless, I find it easy to shop as they source for a wide variety of brands and make shipping free. The only problem is that shopspring.com is very seller-dependent and its just your luck if the real seller is reliable or not.
I ordered a DvF dress to wear to a family wedding. Spring incorrectly shipped the dress to a different party in a different city, yet told me it had been delivered to me - who does that? There is no customer service phone number and they are slow to reply via email. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They place all of the customer service responsibility on the designer but provide you with no contact information. #businessfail
I ordered an expensive handbag for my daughters 25th birthday celebration. It was 595.00 and was the group gift for the party. I ordered it 20 days before the party. I tried multiple times to find out when it was going to be shipped with no concrete response. They don't have a phone # to call and talk to an actual person. Not only did the handbag get delivered after the party but they shipped and charged me for two bags. I sent one handbag back and it took them a month to reimburse me. I will never shop with them again!

They possibly have the worst customer service in history. If you email them some days it takes 2 whole days to respond to an email. I guess it just depends if they feel like emailing you back or not. I ordered an item from them on February 1st so that I could receive it by Valentine's Day. Seemed like plenty of time. Ended up being delivered on February 15th.
They sent me a bunch of promotional emails about referral money so when my roommate decided to buy something from them I decided she could be my referral. After a few days there is still no referral reward showing in my account. Contact them and they say nothing we can do. Basically ignore my questions and if I get a response it sounds automated.

I was extremely skeptical about this given the reviews but my experience was excellent. I usually don't even leave reviews but I thought they did a great job and it was deserved. I didn't have my coupon code entered properly and I emailed them about it and promptly refunded the 20% discount for me. Additionally, my item was here on time and I paid half of what Land of Nod wanted retail. Awesome - would use again.
After the recommendation of a semi-famous fashion instagrammer, I thought this was a reputable store. It is most certainly not. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they were shipped in a bag. One box was almost completely destroyed. The shoes survived the shipping but one pair looked like one of the shoes had been a display shoe and had OBVIOUSLY been worn. I am trying to return these shoes as their website states returns must be made within 14 days, but I am unable to get a return shipping label or authorization from their website after emailing and online chat. Lesson learned and $100 probably lost.

This site is just a scam. It sent me coupon code. I used it for my first order over $200. A few days later, I got an email telling me that my order is cancelled due to the item is out of stock. Come on, technology is so advanced how can this happen? But I chose to believe it for once. Later, they send me another coupon apologize for the cancellation. Then I used it to buy a different item, guess what, a few days after I placed the order, I got another email again cancelling my order saying they can't ship to my address in New Jersey.
What a scam!
Now the site has my name/address/credit card info...
I wish there's a way to erase them, but no.
