I placed two orders with the shopping bag company. The orders took over 20 days to arrive! And when they did arrive one of my orders arrived broken. I contacted the shopping bag immediately through email. No one response to my email they never answer the phone and live chat is always down. This has been the worst shopping experience.
If I could I would give it 0 stars. I've never been able to talk to anyone on the site for a problem with my purchase. Nobody answers the phone, no one answers the email.
I ordered two products on October 27,2009 total $87au. I am yet to recieve these items on November 17,2009. My credit card was charged the very day I placed my order. They have an email address which I have inquired (with original order attached) three times and have not heard from them. They have a contact number which Ihave dialled three times and only rings out - no answering machine. I have looked up various internet complaints sites but Shoppingbag is not listed anywhere in any form of complaint. Has anyone had the same trouble regarding this site or does anyone know of any fraudelent issues.
Total lack of company name, address, phone numbers. Don't even know what country they operate from.
Stay away!
I was confused about ordering online because I'm used to do shopping by seeing with my own eyes as I buy any products. But I have to say this was the best experience ever! I will be ordering online regularly.
