I purchased sheets for my wife as a Christmas present. These were ordered early due to shipping delays. Upon opening at Christmas, it was determined the sheets were the wrong size. When trying to make a exchange I was informed it had been 32 days since I received them. Their policy is 30 days. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not allowing a exchange for a unopened product. Basically telling the customer sorry, thanks for your $200, to bad you are out of luck.
I have unopened sheets that I am unable to use and the company is unwilling to assist the customer. HORRENDOUS.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy the products. A simple error and they will not help make it right

None the sheets do not fit the bed
