I've ordered many times, both embroidery floss when I can't find what I need in store and aida fabric which they have a wide variety of and have never been disappointed. The order is always shipped out within the week and I've always received my full purchase without any trouble.

I created a logo that I needed digitized so I could embroider it on shirts and hand towels. I went through the Etsy shop and got very helpful feedback on an adjustment to make the design work better. I stitched a practice piece on felt - it was beautiful, but then I saw a mistake I had made in the design. They adjusted the design for me and it came out perfectly on the hand towel and the t-shirt I stitched. The customer service was really great - little questions got answered quickly and now I have exactly what I need. They even set up and activated an account for me on their actual site. I understand people getting confused about the $5 offer - I asked about that, and it's a promo offer for embroidery shops. But $15 was a good competitive price and given all the back-and-forth communication we had, and the help I got, it was more than worth it. I'm very grateful for their assistance and am sure I will use this service again.

I placed an order for fabric woven labels on Nov 26,2010
Called them the same day to tell them what name I wanted on the labels.
3 days later they call me and tell me they need a name to put on the labels! WHAT? 1st sign of trouble!
3 days later they give me an order number! One week waisted!

Web site and magazine both say these labels will take 2-4 week to deliver. (not 3-4 months)
Ok it is now March 1 2011 and I have yet to get the labels.

I have called them and all they do is give me the run around~ Someone will return your call, one week later I called them since they never called me back!
Can we call you back? I said no I am not getting off line untill I talk to someone/ MGR. Well it looks like we never ordered the labels. So I then get in my mail box a new order number dated 1-27-2011.
And yes it will take 2-4 weeks so here I am more than 4 weeks later and I call again. I promise you I will call you back TODAY. Never called back!
I called them back again #7 they said my order was cancelled when they talked to me on Friday the day he promised to call me back and never did. I have caller ID there was no call from these people. Well did you talk to them today I said no but I did have a hang up call with the number blocked and they hung up on me!
Well that is why we canclled your order! WHAT I paid for these in Dec of 2010!

They then tried to tell me my address was no good! Funny I am getting their junky catalogs 2 since I first placed my order. Then they told me they were sent out I should have had them twice now. Never happened!
These people just lie one after another and I am still waiting for my order.

Unless you are looking for a good fight stay away!

A friend and I both purchased epatterns from this site. After waiting a couple of days for the files my friend wrote to the owner and was treated to an abrupt lesson in checking spam folders and told the file had been sent and she would resend it.
Not happy with this service I sent the owner an abrupt email asking for a refund, she sent the files along with attitude so I gave attitude back.
A day or so later I received messages and emails, both negative and supportive about a blog. Gigi from charmingstation.com had posted about me.

She posted my emails, along with her biased and somewhat untruthful narrative of events, she posted my business name and first name and left enough of my email address for people to contact me.
She has slandered me and actively encouraged strangers to post disparaging remarks about me.
I wrote a reply, my friend wrote a reply and others wrote replies all of which she has refused to publish.

So anyone thinking of purchasing from this woman do so with the knowledge that she can and probably will do the same thing to you should you displease her in any way.
