I have shopped at this store for many years, online and in-store. The employees are always very helpful and polite. I get both decaf and regular coffees and teas. All have been super. We also use a lot of the CoffeeIcon brand and have enjoyed the many different options and the reduced price. We shop for ourselves, our grown children who live far away as well as for our office. I accidentally used the wrong shipping address on a Sunday knowing that they were closed. I then sent a note to their customer service team. They replied quickly Monday, corrected my error, and shipped the product out shortly thereafter. It's been a perfect experience so far, and the prices through their subscribe and save program are excellent.

I recently purchased their coffee pods, and omg they taste amazing! Super easy to use, equates to about $1 per cup of coffee, and tastes just like barista made ones. You can get different flavour/intensities as well, which is such a plus!

Great Decaf Coffee! I can finally sleep at night as I am very sensitive to caffeine. It tastes just like the regular stuff!
