Their products are cheaper than online shops as far as the skincare products I use. I decided to give it a go. I chose EMS because the site says it takes about 1 month lately if I choose free economy shipping. It was quick and easy. Thats what I wanted!
I shopped from them and it takes forever for the shipment to arrive if you are located in the US. They said that they had to wait to receive the shipment from Tokyo before they ship them out from Osaka or something. They do not respond to customer emails and their emails are curt and disrespectful. I rather pay more to get them from Amazon. Besides the reviews posted on their website never change!
