My purchase was completely online. I read the detailed specifications, options, delivery dates, etc. Many other sites have same brand and style for equal or less than 1Stop Bedrooms. However, customer satisfaction was definitely worth shopping here. Delivery was on time as stated, my bedroom set was set up very quick and with care! We ordered 3 outdoor lights from Lamps Plus. They came. They were exactly as we expected. They look great for our home. Upon installation we realized that one of the lamps did not have the special screws needed for installation. I contacted Lamps Plus and they sent out a replacement immediately. This one had the screws and we could finish the project successfully with minimal delay.

We received a lamp without all of the necessary parts. The rep sent us a new lamp right away.

Haven't used yet. For the summer but very happy with the easy ordering and fast service! Thank you

I was looking for a hall seat to put in the entry way of my home. Came across the Amish Outlet Store (ASO) and found almost what I was looking for. The hall seat they had on the website was smaller than what i wanted and i also wanted a contrast color for the bench. After contacts the ASO I worked with their staff and was able to spec out exactly what i wanted. They provided a clear quote on price and estimate on when the item would be completed. They also sent me stain samples so i could pick out the color of stain for the bench. After everything was finalized i just had to wait for the item to arrive which was in the timeframe they provided up front. The delivery driver worked with my schedule on delivery and helped me put the item in the garage. I was blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. I have no doubt this will be a furniture piece that will stand the test of time. Overall the experience was great, craftsmanship was great, and the price was excellent. Highly recommend purchasing from the ASO and don't be afraid to ask them to tweak what they show on the website to fit your needs.
