I would give them a ZERO if I could. My experience was horrible. They sold me a motor that I couldnt possibly use without spending twice my budget. Once I finally got all the parts it ran horrible, still does. Ive spent countless hours trying to get it resolved, with no luck. They never paid me my core back from my old motor. They ignore you until you go away. Ive had to request damages in court. STAY AWAY!
Would never do business with these people again! I ordered a camshaft from them and paid for express shipping (two day)on the12th of December 2014. It is now the 29th and I still have never received it. I have called them several times and only get an answereing machine. No one has ever returned my calls. I have also emailed them several times with no response. The way I see it they stole my money. BUYER BEWARE

This company underwent a major overhaul in 2015 and customer experiences like yours were a major reason for the changes – which included several changes in management. We caught up on all shipments, refunds and core payments by April, 2015. I trust that your situation was handled, certainly not good service, but at least to uphold the order or refund. 2015 and 2016 have found Arrington/ShopHEMI to be a very different company. We would understand if you did not want to give us another chance, but if you do, I am sure your experience will be 1000% better.
