The staff and crew there is great. They are a smaller operation but they treat you well, they usually keep a thinner amount of stock on hand and sometimes have to order from manufacturers, but this wasn't a big deal as within a day there customer service team contacted me.

I loved the fact that they gave me options for an exchange, it was honestly great! They usually ship USPS so if you live in an area that has issues with that, you might want to be aware. They helped me out and shipped to my AFO while I was out of the country.

Great people and good service, if you need to reach them - email is best. I shot them an email at 3am PST time and had a response within 15 minutes. They carry a ton of different brands and are super friendly!

Order without hesitation, if you are worried just shoot them an email and they will make sure you are taken care of! I have no issues ordering from them, and you shouldn't either!
