I purchased 4 charging iPhone cords. 2 did not work after a few weeks and the other 2 I never opened. I contacted customer service through email, the only way to contact them. They emailed me back and asked for a picture of the cord while the phone charged. After this request they never answered any of my follow up emails. Do not buy from this company! Note the company goes under the name Shop Cool Tools. There is a legitimate company in the USA called Cool Tools.
Sold me a cable that eventually broke, no responses to any of my five emails. Do not trust this site, they have no customer service to speak of.
I am an unsatisfied customer from Denmark! The 18th of April I ordered, from your company in USA: 1 x Pro Reflex Case for iPhone 8 Black and 1 x Shatterproof Glass For iPhone. The 4th of May I received, from CHINA: 1 x iPhone 8 case in a very cheap quality - nothing like the ordered and advertised product. The same story for the Shatterproof glass!
I complained by e-mail, and demanded the real ordered products, and NOT some very cheap imitations from China! Your answer was: If you want a refund, you can ship it back to China! Whaaaat? That is not only very poor customer service, it's also untrustworthy almost like a scam!
Forget this shoddy company. I purchased a TV to HDMI cable from them and it did not work. They wanted me to send it back to Canada. Yeah... right. $18.90 to ship it back for a $24.90 refund.
Charging cable purchased did not work with iPad as advertised. DOES NOT WORK WITH AN IPAD. Will not communicate with me, I escalated through PayPal and can get a refund IF I PAY TO RETUN IT. Do not trust this company. Items do NOT work as advertised. Buy at your own risk.
