I ordered 3 Beverly Hills Cosmetic lipsticks from this site over a month ago and never received them. I emailed them twice with no repose. I also noticed they're Instagram account is no longer active. Highly upset.
I also ordered lipsticks off this site and they never shipped me anything. I've inquired about my order multiple times and they wont respond.
I ordered two Anastasia Beverly Hills lipsticks from this website http://shop9nine.com and I never received them. I have emailed them twice and never got a reply. Then, I commented on their instagram picture that was advertising the lipsticks and said that the company is unreliable and not to waste your money and they deleted my comment and blocked me. What kind of company just ignores the situation when customers aren't satisfied? I want to get the word out so others don't fall for it like I did and this pathetic company gets what is coming.
