They take your money and never provide an accurate tracking number. Sent me 2 different #s in which one said it was processing and still processing to this day (from mid 2021) and the other one was returned to sender, address incomplete. Now their customer service email *******@injolie.com is undeliverable. ‍

I am so happy with my bedazzled pants that I have received. She puts a lot of hard work with love into it I never been more excited to wear them.

First of all this is Meca and second of all l do not know the person that posted. I do not shop IG boutiques at all but saw the jeans. Don't let this broad fool y'all into thinking anything. She is a scammer. She refunded my money after l went to the police. How dare they put up fake reviews now. 35 pairs in 5 days she is a lie. Just search her hashtag on IG. She has even deleted her IG Page. Let me call Memphis police back and let them how she is defaming my character and creating fake review. #bustedscammingbroad

I order 35 fringes jeans for my store! It took her 5 days to get them done! Once I got them they look soooooo good! She's so sweet! Her items are amazing! I Know the Meca girl she does that too all small businesses. She orders and wants something free! I love Shop J I will be back!

I placed an order for a pair of denim since August29. I received my item in November, guess what, I received it and it was damaged. I had to mail it back as we speak today is 11/20/20 I still haven't received my item. You try to support black owned and you get disappointed by your own people. Since august!. Still no Jean and when you contact her it's always a flimsy excuse and never ending promises. I have very disappointed to say the least.

Dang I'm reading reviews of ladies who received their merchandise but still upset! I've order from Shop Jolie going on 3 years! I just order the diamond fringe shorts! I received them and OMG I CANT WAIT FOR on the OTR! Her products are bomb! And she's $#*!ing bomb! I feel bad for the other ladies! Sometimes that's all black women know is negativity! The clothes may be nice but make sure you really read the return policy. They don't return or exchange anything. So if you accidentally order the wrong size, you are screwed. Not good customer service at all! Will never order from them again.

I purchased the distressed I love jolie comme des jeans. Size 0. I get them. The rips aren't even the same and the artwork is horrible… look nothing like the photo shown and they're HUGE ON ME. She offers to alter the jeans and take them in. We go over how I want them to look where I'd like them to be taken in and what does she do? Makes me wait over 2 months, sends me a new pair of jeans that aren't even altered or taken in where I needed them to be. She just switched the brand of Jean. I am so pissed. These are not worth $300. There are FAR better options out there. I asked for a refund and to send my jeans back multiple times and I was blocked. I want my money back so she can take her damn jeans back and sell them to someone else. Might I add the brand of jeans I got are wild fable which retail for about $20-$30 so why am I being charged over $300? What the hell! Man, where do I begin? I thought I was sowing a seed by purchasing from a small Boutique, that's up and coming. Plus has great eye candy. I placed my initial order in 07/2019 and we are currently 04/20, Can you take a guess? No, items received. Great communication for someone out here scamming women out of their money. Today after nearly three months of waiting my order finally arrived. Out of 4 items ordered 3 have arrived and NOT ONE THING IS EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED I have been sent their version of what I ordered.

This woman responds to you right away and comes off extremely professional and kind; however, I've been duped by her 3 times now where I only received a partial order or nothing at all. She then makes all kinds of excuses about her mother then grandmother being in the hospital, she's pregnant, and so forth. When you finally get tired of her soap box excuses and ask for a refund, she gives you the run around for weeks. When you upset your disdain for her lack of professionalism, she swears you're trying to "dim her light!" This is laughable because I'm trying to support a woman who unfortunately has horrible business practices. Buyers beware! I know of at least 3 other people who never received their orders from her as well. For those that have, consider yourselves lucky!

I made a purchase july 4 for two fringe shorts. Weeks after my purchase i've messaged this young lady inquiring about the status. She apologized and stated her aunt passed away unexpectedly and she had the order and it'll be completed soon.

Few days went by and i inquired again and she mentioned it's shipped. I asked her for a tracking number. She sent something with the wrong zip code on it. I informed her it was incorrect and she stated she'll have it corrected the next morning.

Again reached out to confirm it's changed and she mentions it'll be shipped that day.

One more week passes by and still nothing. I messaged her i'm going through my bank for a refund and i'm blocked. Lol i didn't want to believe this lady was not legit but she isn't and it's a shame. If you only produce for certain clientele that's ok just say that. I have over 30,000 followers. I am nobody but these people have to stop taking others money.

Angelique sends her clothes to Instagram influencers with a huge following and in return the instgram influencer/ famous person will give her a shoutout and their followers will purchase clothes. I just so happen to be one of those followers who saw her product and decided to make a purchase. Angelique seemed like a hard working mom/boss ( like myself), with her own business ( black owned) at that so i placed a order in june 2019 Little did i know, this woman was definitely not a boss and she was a scammer! Angelique told me about a bundle deal she was having where i could get 2 corsets, 1 pair fringe jeans & 1 pair of fringe shorts for 275. She asked if i could cash app her a deposit of 75.00, she asked me to paypal her the 200.00, when i pay pal her the money she wanted me to send it through friends & family because it would allow her to get the money quicker. She gave off a desperate vibe! But i ignored it & sent the money because i liked the clothes she was selling. & lastly she asked for me to send her shipping and handling for my product. Which i did. A month later in July i started to email and dm her in reference to my clothes. Ms Angelique guy/walker gave me excuse after excuse, sob story after sob story. She's so overwhelmed, she's hiring a team etc. Which was all b. S.
When August arrived i was over it and i felt like she scammed me, when i emailed her she will always answer or have a "assistant " answer with she's sending the tracking number on this day & when the day comes no tracking number. Or she will play dumb like she's up to date with all her orders and maybe she missed yours. I decided to google ms Angelique guy/ walker and this lady was on the news for scamming people She's been doing this for a while. She will even pretend she's in the post office mailing items. If she had 100 orders 5 people got their items & out of 5 two people are actually satisfied. The other 3 got b. S items. Scamming people out of money is adeadlygame, and she's going to play with the wrong person. At this point i want my money back

Do not buy from her. She will steal your money and give excuses as to why the item wasn't sent. I'm blasting her and posting her number. Call her constantly and put her out of business. * File a police report if you need to

Never received the jeans and she claimed that they were sent. This was weeks of ongoing lies. She'll take your money but you will never do the product. I disputed this with my bank and cashapp. Hopefully she will be shut down. Keep it up and she will end up in jail... mother of the year.

I order from Shop Jolie and received my MERMAID TRUE LOVE DRESS JUST IN TIME, I got plenty compliments and I wish her the entire best on everything! She has an amAzing spirit!

Excepts your cash app fast, but took weeks to get items and then they was too small. Got a lot of run around as far as not home to send tracking number. Thought she sent it will send in an hour day passes nothing sent. Has an account with usps so she can generate tracking number in minute and package was never sent. Claims goes to usps to figure out issue but the issue is it was never sent after you blow her up for items she will fed ex but it will take weeks. Honestly you can do the diy project jeans on your own but the fringe and sew it down like she does it's not done with sewing machine it was hand done. Fringe was caught in package so when I opened jeans fringe already unraveling from top of jeans. The jeans have all tags ripped out so you have no clue what size is requested size 12 couldn't pull up. My friend who wears size 3 fit them perfect sold them to her for 30.00 dollars. Bad investment. Worse small business I have ever supported. She will ask you to drop comment in her Instagram post to say how great service is. But worse service ever don't support until she gets pay pal since they will give you your money back since you will never get items or it will take a long time or ever... lesson learned

I got my jeans from her! She's so amazing! My first pair didn't fit and she sent me another pair quick and fast' she just did a pair for Cardi B! She's good in my book, this is my 8th order from her since 2015! I suggested cash app to her, some people will finds ways to always be negative! Go Jolie!
