Based on my experience with the Shambhala publications, I would suggest never buying any books from this fraudulent buyer. The seller charged the credit card once the order was placed but never shipped the item. I have contacted the seller on several occasions about my order status, but the seller never responded to my questions. Moreover, the seller refused to cancel and process a refund though the order had not been processed and shipped after 7 days of the order date. I have to contact my bank and file a dispute with the seller to get my money back.

If you want to avoid hassle better purchase books from other sources such as Amazon, Barnes, and eBay. The Shambhala publishes claims to be a publishing house of Buddhist books and philosophy books but their approach to business and customer practice seems to be unethical, illegal, and fraud.
