They seem nice& knowledgeable,but the ppl coming out aren't certified plumbers or contractors. They'll rip out,tear down to run up a very high bill to send the insurance company. If the insurance doesn't pay they put liens on your property,harrass,and sue you. Please RESEARCH them first. They have an attorney on stand by ready to take you through the mud. They damaged my property. They harassed me then threatened to sue. I asked for a copy of paperwork before they started,and I should have known when I was told all paperwork was sent to my insurance company but they assured me I'd be okay everything would be taken care of and repaired. They don't do anything but reck things and make it worse. The insurance company got annoyed,and said they refused what they offered,and what they requested was astronomically high. I have images but won't post bc they'll retaliate. It was a nightmare
