I have bought several times from seagifts and never had a problem with the products or the customer service. Saw the negative review below. As a small business owner if someone called me a scam after working hard for 40 years I would not be very nice either.
I purchased an item that I was very satisfied with, it took a little more time than expected. My fault. I had preconceived ideas, maybe not practical. However, I have ordered an item Dec 12,2020, and another on 26Mar. Given the COVID-19 crisis we are in, allowances are definitely in order but I am at a one month time frame right now (April 12,2020). In addition, time is required to process thru your credit card. Add a week? I'm thinking end of May should be plenty of time, I will follow up at that time with 1 star should it not ship at that time. Their website says up to a month shipped directly from the manufacturer.
I ordered an item from this website in Dec 2015. Over the next 2 and 1/2 months, I left a series of emails and voice mails (never was able to reach a real person) asking about when the item would ship. Eventually, I became concerned that this website did not represent a store, but a scam. I emailed again to cancel my order and discuss my concerns. The reply I received was from the owner of the company. He filled his email with personal attacks on my intelligence, my ability to have a job, and said I should be "reported". Whoa. Would avoid at all costs!
