I ordered a replacement Nikon Speedlight SB-28 Hot Shoe Foot. The order was payed for with PayPal and payment dated May 25 2013. Almost 2 months later I have still not received my order and my emails are not being responded to. Because I expected international shipped to take a long time, I waited but now it has been too long.
So i am filing a claim with PayPal.

“I ordered an o-ring for my underwater housing”

I ordered an o-ring for my underwater housing. After a month, it hadn't come, so I emailed them several times, and never got a response. I finally called, but their mailbox was full. I finally had to go to my credit card company and get the charge taken off.
