I ordered a Hatchimal on the 21 Nov 2016. It was promised to be delivered by 12 Dec 2016! Received the Hatchimal on the 6 Dec! I found them to be BRILLIANT! The liaised with me via my FB messenger ( as I followed them on FB) and they responded to all of my emails! Due to my experience I would give Savvibuy a 5* rating! I will definitely use them again!

Placed a order with Savvibuy on the 6th December today is the 3rd January 2017 the Headphones were for my son his Christmas Present. Keep receiving e mails saying delayed they would be delivered on the 23rd December! Load of rubbish & lies been had really annoyed as it had a lock & https thought it was a safe site but can't be! After seeing all the comments on here. Going to my bank now to try get money back £123.93. Another had customer.

Stole my £460 last December. Ignored all emails and calls. No goods ever delivered. Scum. Complete con artists. Reported to the police. Luckily my bank was great and refunded the amount after 3 months but didn't make up for no Xmas presents.

Ordered laptop 29/11/16.24/12/16 not yet arrived cant get through to speak to anyone except to leave a message. They send You emails giving dates that come and go. Last one being 23/12/16. Even it arrives tomorrow 24/12/16 I WONT BUY FROM
SAVVIBUY AGAIN. Unreliable not trustworthy and a total disregard for customers. They should try telling my 11yr old daughter Christmas day her presents not come.

Ordered fitbit over a month ago. Got same response as everyone else. Blamed black Friday, saying orders are 72 hours behind schedule. Then promised guaranteed delivery Friday 23rd dec. No Joy. Ive had to chase and chase these people. Cant speak to a person on the phone, just recorded message and ive had no replies to my emails since either. My wife has nothing under the tree now because of these morons

Ordered a Hatchimal for my 8 year old as that was the only prezzie she wanted and surprise, surprise, it didn't turn up. Had to make excuses about Santa not bringing it which led to many tears and huge disappointment this morning. Heart breaking to see. We are all absolutely gutted. I am absolutely livid at this firm and will take further action. What goes around, comes around. You will get your come uppance, you utter piece of $#*!. Not even worth the one star.

Hello everyone.
Because I wasn't going to get my order on time to take it to Spain with me, on Tuesday I cancelled and I just got my money back.
I was quite not sure about what was going to happen, but luckily I just got my refund.

They took money in November, promised delivery on 6 December. Never arrived. Guaranteed delivery 23rd December. Never arrived. 9 year old daughter devestated on Christmas day. Closed their Facebook and Twitter pages. Not answering email, phone or messenger. Rude, thieving, shameless despicable low lives. Do not ever give them the time of day let alone your business. They deserve nothing less than bankruptcy.

Ordered an item in November. Delivery scheduled for mid December. Subsequent letter from Savvibuy informed me they were running 72 hrs behind with deliveries but still guaranteed delivery in time Christmas.

When nothing had arrived by 19 December I contacted Customer Services who stated they ensured delivery by Christmas. December 22 nothing arrived. Customer Services then stated the item would be delivered next day. Nothing.

Result - one spoilt child's Christmas. One lousy company.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from Savvibuy.

I ordered an Apple I-Pad Air 2 on 30th November with a promised delivery in 3-5 days. It is now 13th January and they are now not answering any emails. The last communication I received was on 14th December to tell me my delivery was guaranteed by 23rd December - Yeah, right! Please don't go anywhere near this company, they're total rip off merchants. I'm reporting them to Trading Standards and having to make a claim against my credit card company to try and get the outlay refunded.

This company are scammers. Please do not part with your cash. I got ripped off too and don't want others to fall into this trap. Toy purchased the cancelled after seeing reviews. Stalling emails received and the runaround given. No money refunded and my bank say they have ceased trading. Looks like i've lost money here. Do not buy from a. Com website. Stick with high street companies. Be careful

Do not order anything from this company worst company I have ever use! Ordered my son's Christmas present from them on 4 occasions they guaranteed my delivery would be delivered by Christmas I even got email to say it would be here on the 23rd Dec stayed in all day NO DELIVERY still not arrived & my son was left without his main Christmas present. Never been so annoyed they ruined my Christmas! And they don't care

Fraud is the only word to describe it. I don't understand why the police aren't their door arresting chaudrey Ahmad at 40 tweedale street in Rochdale for theft. He must have more than half a million pounds taken so easily from people and not an apology or a product in sight.

I reported them to trading standards and the fraud office and hopefully he will be brought to justice unless he has fled the country which I suspect will be the case.

Ordered a sylvanian cottage 7/12 delivery date was 13-17th called them on the 20th 2 b told they had back log orders and they guarantee delivery b4 Xmas... it's now the 28th and still no delivery... I have called/emailed and get no response! DO NOT use this company ever as they r useless and ur kids will b thoroughly disappointed just like my little girl :( I have emailed twice requesting a refund and still had no contact from them, surprise surprise! A call 2 trading standards is next on my list

Learn from others mistakes and stay clear of these lying crooks.
Hopefully the authorities will hold them to account for spoiling a lot of peoples Christmas.
Our experience is just the same as others listed here, but its worth noting our card payment went to a different company, Advancetech.co who, when I contacted them were verbally very concerned and helpful, time will tell whether they fulfil their promise!

This company scammed lots of people just before Christmas 2016. They also operate under iswegway.com that seems to deliver goods however I would never use any of their companies advance tech/ iswegway/ shop in Rochdale because of the savvibuy scam. They do it every Christmas, I believed it because of reviews of their other businesses that are legitimate & deliver goods

Basically ruined a 10 year old girls Christmas.
Days before I sent emails and contacting via Facebook and Twitter.and they just ignored everything.
Tried to phone them. It's been recorded message for 5 days now.
And now to get a refund you to do it yourself via the bank.
Lazy ripping off bastards can't even be bothered to give you your money back.
Probably the worst online shopping experience ever.
I hope they go under and cease trading.
Zero stars and zero respect and they can go to hell for all I care..

I ordered a PS4 console a week before cyber Monday and it's expected to be delivered between 8-12 December and here I am still waiting. I tried to call them multiple times, left messages so many times but no one got back to me. If I've read this review before, I wouldn't have even bothered dealing with this people. My son's birthday is ruined as I'm dued to have leave for xmas only to still be waiting for my goods. Poor customer service. No communication

Reading all these reviews, and being in the same position as everyone else. I'm a single parent struggling financially, Christmas time is tough for me, and having not received the order and no response to any emails sent is very upsetting!

Ordered my son some Lego for Xmas on Dec 13th, "guaranteed" to arrive by 21st. Then got an email saying it'd be here on 23rd; it's now Xmas eve and still no sign of it. No tracking facility and nothing more than a recorded message on the phone. Ended up having to do an emergency Toys R Us run to avoid Christmas morning heartbreak. Would chase a refund but Savvibuy couldn't pour piss out of a boot even if the instructions were printed on the heel, so if the goods ever turn up they'll be saved for next year.

Never use, products dont show up but they still charge you and non responsive, kept promising delivery for xmas as gifts were for a young child!

I too have had a similar experience my item has not arrived i paid by credit card the company that took the money are call www.advancetech.com and they have the same address in rochdale has savvibuy and still have a website i believe they are the same company so i am going through the credit card company to try and get a refund but i would advise everybody to avoid both companies like the plague because i ordered off savvibuy and paid advance tech

I ordered an xbox game from them for my son for Christmas which was guaranteed for delivery in time for the big day. I was then told that something was wrong with their delivery company & was told to request a chargeback from our credit card company.

Do not answer calls when you phone the ******* number & do not respond to emails.

Am still in the process of reclaiming the money back - but I am lucky that it was only £25 - feel so bad for anyone who lost a larger amount.

Why haven't trading standards shut these scumbags down? They must have enough info judging by the amount of comments on here.

Absolutely agree with you, it is disgusting the service. Just an answerphone line saying not their fault it is because the courier is overwhelmed. Just found they have not even fulfilled the order which was guaranteed for delivery between 21st and 23rd Dec. They have already taken the money off my card and not even shipped... take real care ever dealing with this company or their directors. We will go to trading standards to complain and get compensation.

Just to let you know that I have received a refund in full plus interest for £295 that I spent buying an item from Savvibuy as a xmas present. This was refunded through my bank and I did not use a credit card so for all you unfortunate people out there who bought from this scum please contact your bank and let them know that you have contacted savvibuy and asked for a refund but have not received anything. Good luck.

I've ordered Nintendo 3DS XL pokemon edition and never received it. Maybe I been lucky, but a managed get full refund after 2 weeks continuously calling them. I feel sorry for everyone, who been waiting till Christmas in hope, a little one will get they Christmas gifts.
