Saks has a policy of cheating people. I have read the same details of my story by others repeatedly!
I earlier wrote of a return Saks said they didn't receive. A badly damaged Burberry turtleneck, torn with a missing zipper pull. I was fighting with return documentation n disputes when a month later, Saks, without notification or an APOLOGY, evidently found the item n emailed me they wound NOT refund me because the item was not in sellable condition. Which is why I returned it! Astonishing. So they send you a damaged item then say you can't return it because it's damaged! Nice business model.
Tip for consumers:
I returned a badly damaged, torn Burberry top the day after I received it in appalling condition. Saks refused to refund me because it's not in sellable condition! I see others have had the same shocking experience with expensive items. Nice business model!!! I'm disputing with credit card and will shop elsewhere.
